"Well, Bree, you smashed your chip so badly it's useless, but I was able to replicate my brother's original chip, and like my face, it's flawless." Davenport grins as he types on the cyber desk.
"Forget the chip," Leo says. "We need to get this dude a mirror."
"Wait, so I'm actually going to be bionic again?" Bree hopefully asks.
Davenport smiles. "Yep."
"Yes! Thank you, thank you, thank you!" Bree exclaims as she hugs him.
When they pulled away, Davenport looked down at the cyber desk. "Oh, your chip's almost ready!" The moment he said that the chip fabricator made a sound to let them know it was finished.
"Oh! Snacks are done!" Adam says.
As they walk over, Davenport looks at Adam. "For the last time, this is not a microwave. It's a chip fabricator."
"Hey, call it whatever you want. I'm still making my mini pizzas in here." Adam responds.
Davenport reaches inside and grabs Bree's new bionic chip. He holds it up to her. "Okay, Bree. Hop in your capsule and get ready for your new chip." Bree smiles before grabbing her chips and running inside her capsule. She places the chip in the slot that inserts the chip into her neck.
"You know, Big D, maybe if this works, you can make a chip for me," Leo tells Davenport.
Davenport scoffs. "Please. Your body can't handle high-fiber cereal." Leo looks at him offended while Harley shrugs. Davenport presses a few buttons on the cyber desk, and Bree's chip was placed inside her neck. She walks out of the capsule with her hand rubbing the back of her neck.
"So? How does it feel?" Davenport asks.
"Like a piece of metal just got jammed into my neck and fused to my nervous system." She replies.
"Woo! Success!" Davenport cheers. "All right, give it a try and see how it worked."
The others move as Bree steps into the middle of the lab. She takes off but ends up running back and forth across the ceiling. Ceiling lights began to fall before she collapses onto the ground. She groans as the others stare in shock.
"Well, she's still more useful than Chase," Adam says. They roll their eyes at him as he runs over to pick Bree off the ground. He sets her down on a stool next to Davenport.
"You know, technically speaking, your bionics are working," Davenport says.
"You call this working?!" She exclaims in a deep voice, making everyone's eyes widen. "I can't control my vocal manipulation. I can't control anything!" She says in a high-pitched voice.
"I'm so close," Davenport says, wrapping a brace around Bree's neck. "It just needs a few tweaks."
Chase grabs Harley and Adam by their arms and pulls them aside. "We're in big trouble if he can't fix her. We need her speed and agility for missions." Harley gives him a look. No offense, Harley, you're doing great, but it's better with an extra hand."
"Well, I think Harley is doing great as a replacement." Adam shrugs.
"We can't replace her," Harley says. "I may have the speed like Bree, but as Chase said, we need her."
"No offense, Big D, but if your brother's the one who created her original chip, then maybe we should just call --" Leo starts.
"No. Forget about it. I never want to see that waste of space again." Davenport cuts him off.
Harley scoffs. "He's our only hope, and he's not all bad. He did save us from Krane."
"Yeah. Do you know what else he did? He made you evil, blew up the lab, kidnapped the kids, and stole all my money." Davenport says, growing angry the more he talked about his brother.
Adam shrugs. "All I'm hearing is adventure and excitement."
Davenport gives him a look. "Look, I don't need any help from Douglas. I will fix this. Give me a little credit. I happen to be a tech genius." He removes the brace from Bree's neck and she stands from the stool, causing the others to back up. "Okay. Let's give it another go."
Bree takes a deep breath before taking off. But instead, she ran backward and crashes into the wall near the elevator.
Adam laughs. "Oh, Mr. Davenport. You are not good at your job."

As the Davenport boys went upstairs, Leo, Harley, Davenport, and Bree stayed down in the lab as Davenport tried to fix her chip.
Leo, who was hovering over him, asks, "Did you try --"
"Yes, I tried that." Davenport snaps.
"Maybe you should try --" He was cut off once again.
"Maybe you should stand over there so your peanut butter breath won't distract me so I can think," Davenport tells him. Leo's eyes widen as he takes a step back. Suddenly, a spark came out of Bree's chip and shocked Davenport. "You know what? I need a break. That's it! I just need a break! That's all! WOO! BREAK TIME!" He walks out of the lab.
Bree looks at the two worried. "Wow. I never have seen him like that."
"I have," Leo says. "Remember last Christmas when he gained two pounds? Those fluffy sweaters weren't fooling anybody."
"I'm scared, guys," Bree says. "What if he can't fix my chip? I had a gift and I just threw it away. By destroying that chip, I destroyed our team." She frowns as she exits the lab.
Leo turns to Harley. "We have to find Douglas."
Her eyes widen. "What? You heard Mr. Davenport. We can't --"
"Found him. He's in the park." Leo cuts her off.
Harley gives him a look. "I don't appreciate the interruption, but a good job of finding him so quickly. Let's go." She grabs onto his arm and geo-leaps them to the park.
Once they got there, Leo pulls himself out of her grip and his eyes widen. "Never again."
The girl chuckles before looking around the park. As they walked, they saw an old lady working at a food cart.
"Excuse us, ma'am. We're looking for a guy named Douglas. Have you seen him? Short, creepy, porcupine hair." Leo describes.
"I wouldn't call it porcupine hair." The old lady says, but Harley and Leo's eyes widen when they heard Douglas' voice. The old lady presses her fingers against her neck, transforming into Douglas. "It's really more of a spiky lion's mane."
As Leo was stunned, Harley spoke. "You can turn into anything with that cyber mask, why do you choose to go with that?"
"Two reasons. Hides me from Krane and scares away the pigeons." He replies. He wipes off his hands and walks around the cart. "How'd you find me?"
"Well, we could make up an impressive story about a high-tech satellite search that narrowed down your exact coordinates, but the truth is you butt-dialed me," Leo explains.
"Look, we need your help," Harley says. "Bree destroyed her chip."
"She what?!" Douglas exclaims. "It took me years to perfect that thing!"
"Well, it took her three seconds to destroy it," Harley remarks.
"The bigger problem is Big D can't fix it." Leo continues.
"Of course he can't." Douglas scoffs, then laughs. "I win again! Oh, I can't wait to shove his face in this one!"
The two best friends didn't look amused as they looked at the man.
"It's not about beating your brother," Leo says. "He doesn't even know we're here, but we had no other choice."
"As much as we hate to admit it, you're the only one who can help Bree," Harley says.
Douglas sighs. "I wish I could, but I don't even have a lab anymore."
Harley shrugs. "That's easy. We can sneak you in ours while Davenport is out."
Douglas hesitated. "I don't know."
"Please," Leo begs. "Dad."
Both Harley and Douglas turn their head toward the Dooley boy. Douglas throws his hands in the air. "I'm not your dad."
"Well, you're everybody else's dad! I thought it might work." Leo says. "Look, now is not the time for hurting egos or grudges. Bree is my sister, and I have to fix this. She needs your help."
Douglas hesitates again. "Okay." He places his fingers on his neck, transforming back into the old lady. "Guess I'll just have to be the bigger man." He grabs his food cart and walks away.
***
Leo and Harley were able to sneak Douglas into the lab. Douglas decided to bring his food cart with him. He continues to work on Bree's chip, but Leo started pacing around.
"Big D's going to be back any minute." He turns to Douglas. "Do something!"
Douglas begins to look irritated. "I'm sorry. I couldn't hear you. Could you say that a little louder?!"
Leo jumps back and Harley rolls her eyes.
Douglas types on the cyber desk. "There. That's as close as the original design I can get." He walks over to the chip fabricator while Leo grabs a tray of pita chips from the foot cart.
"If your microchips are as good as your pita chips, I think we're in good shape," Leo tells the man.
Suddenly, Bree walks into the lab. Her eyes widen once she saw Douglas. "Leo? Harley? What is he doing here?"
"It's okay. We brought him." Leo assures her. "He's the only one who can help you."
Bree looks hesitant about the situation. "I don't know about this."
"We don't have a choice," Harley tells her. "He's our last hope of getting your bionics back."
A sound was heard from the chip fabricator and Douglas pulls out the chip. "Chip's ready when you are. Why does it smell like pepperoni?"
Bree rolls her eyes. "Okay, fine. But this better work." She grabs the chip from Douglas but stops. "Wait. You're not going to like, turn me evil, are you?"
"I already tried." He shrugs. "Didn't take."
She gives him a look before stepping into her capsule. Bree places her chip in the slot as her capsule door closes. Douglas pushes a few buttons. "I got a really good feeling about this." Bree steps out once her chip was inserted. "Well?"
"Feels great." She smiles.
Douglas smiles in satisfaction. "Okay. Test it out."
Bree takes a deep breath before taking off. This time, she ran forward. The two best friends were high-fiving as they cheer. As they high-fived Douglas, Bree ran past them in another circle. "I can't stop!" She yells as she runs.
"I thought you knew what you were doing?!" Leo exclaims at the man.
"I'm a little rusty, okay?!"
"But you were perfectly fine with mine!" Harley shouts.
"I didn't have to do much! Yours was already set in stone!" Douglas yells back.
That's when Davenport entered the lab. He saw his brother and looked over at Harley and Leo. "How did he get in here?"
"We brought him here," Harley says.
"But, before you get mad, you've got to taste this," Leo says once he saw the look on Davenport's face.
"I specifically told you not to contact him! How could you betray me?" Davenport snaps.
"Hey! In our defense..." Leo pauses as he steps closer to Harley. "We're just little children."
Davenport sends him a look while Douglas puts a hand on Leo and Harley's shoulders. "Lay off the kids. They were just trying to help!"
Davenport walks forward, causing Douglas to back up. "Help her? She's worse off than she was before! I was so close to fixing this!"
Douglas snaps. "I saw your chip. You were not close."
"You were not close." Davenport mocks his brother. The two began to bicker like children like they did when Davenport was trapped in a cage.
"Would you two stop acting like children and find a way to help Bree?!" Harley shouts at the two men as Bree sped past her.
"Harley, do you mind? The adults are trying to have a conversation." Davenport tells her, causing her to raise an eyebrow. "Look, we're never going to be able to fix that chip unless we get Bree to stay in one place."
"Well, how are we supposed to stop someone running at the speed of sound?" Leo questions.
"Spike strip?" Douglas suggests.
Davenport scoffs. "Yeah, sure. Why not? It worked for Wiley Coyote." As Bree sped past them once again screaming, Davenport focused. "Maybe we can construct some sort of giant airbag."
"Oh, yeah. Cause that's not cartoony at all." Douglas sarcastically says.
Davenport turns to his brother. "Spike strip. Where did you get that idea? Your hair?"
"Where'd you get the airbag idea? Your belly?" Douglas remarked, causing Davenport to gasp. The two began to bicker once more.
"Ballistic gel!" Leo shouts, causing the two to stop arguing.
"What?"
"You know, the gel that forensics labs use to test firearms," Leo explains.
Davenport pauses. "That's not a bad idea."
"I thought it wasn't a bad idea before you did," Douglas says.
"Spike strip," Davenport mutters.
"Airbag," Douglas mutters.
"Enough!"
***
"Okay, it's set," Leo says once it was set in place. "Next time she runs through here, she'll get stuck in there like a rat."
Bree comes running into the lab, as the came into the center of the lab, her feet were now caught in the ballistic gel, but her legs were still moving.
"It worked!"
"I know. I'm a genius." The two brothers say. Davenport turns to Leo while Douglas turns to Harley whispering. "I'm a genius."

Bree was now strapped into a harness that looked like a baby jumper. Her legs beneath her were still moving at the speed of sound. Davenport and Douglas both tried to figure out a solution while Bree was sweating and looking exhausted.
"Can someone please do something?!" She breathes out.
Leo looks at the tablet. "Her heart rate is at two hundred and rising, and although I'm not a doctor, I feel that's not safe."
Davenport glares at Douglas. "This is all your fault. You overloaded her chip!"
Douglas looks offended. "My fault? It was your chip I was trying to fix, which was flawed. Much like your original nose." Davenport gasps.
"Get this chip out of me!" Bree yells.
Davenport runs over to her. "We can't remove your chip while your bionics are in use, but we can reprogram it wirelessly with this." He places a small, white cube on the back of her neck, running back to the cyber desk.
Leo glances back down at the tablet. "Hurry, she's red lighting! If we don't hurry, her heart could --" He stops.
"My heart could what?" Bree questions.
"What's another word for explode?" Leo asks nervously. Harley's eyes widen as she turns to her friend.
"I'll enable a diagnostic app that will help us isolate the problem in the code," Davenport says.
"We don't have time for that," Douglas argues, pushing Davenport away from the cyber desk.
Davenport shoves Douglas. "You've done enough. I got it!"
"Oh no! What's wrong with her head?" Douglas asks, causing everybody to turn to Bree, who looked the same. When they turned back, Douglas was working, letting them know he tricked them. The two brothers argue once more and Harley rolls her eyes.
"Stop!" Leo shouts. "We're running out of time!"
"Wait." Douglas starts. "This line of code hasn't been debugged."
"That's why her neural array keeps re-indexing," Davenport says.
"What does that mean?!" Leo exclaims.
"I solved the problem!" The two men shout. They give each other a look before typing on the cyber desk. "Complex asterisk, P equals null, value equals one." They say.
Harley looks over to Leo who was confused. "Smart Talk."
"Here it goes," Davenport says. He presses a button and Bree's legs start to slow down until they fully stopped. Once she collapsed in the harness, Harley runs over to hand her a towel and water.
"Yay," Bree says exhausted as she has Harley help her take a drink of water.
As Harley helped Bree out of the harness, she noticed Douglas and Davenport do a victory dance.
"I wish my heart exploded before I saw that," Bree says, and Harley and Leo nod in agreement.

Leo and Harley sat on the couch as Adam and Chase entered the house. "Hey, guys, guess what?" Leo says as the two stand up from the couch.
Bree super-speeds into the living room, ending up in front of Harley. "I'm back, losers."
"You got your speed back." Chase smiles before hugging his sister.
"Well, that's too bad," Adam says. "We kinda already moved on."
"Hey, boys." Douglas greets as he and Davenport enter the living room.
"Douglas." Chase questions. "What's going on?"
"He fixed her chip," Leo answers.
"Actually, we fixed her chip," Douglas says, motioning to him and Davenport. "That's right. The Davenport boys, together again." He places his hand on his shoulder.
"Yeah, not quite," Davenport says. "Look, I'm grateful for your help, and I couldn't have done it without you, but I can't forgive you for what you've done to this family... you should go."
Douglas's face fell. "Oh."
"You can't throw your own brother out on the street," Chase says.
"Why not?" Adam asks. "I'd do it to you."
"He's tried to hurt us too many times," Davenport explains.
"But he's also saved our lives. Twice." Bree says.
"Plus, dude can cook," Leo adds.
Douglas looks at Leo. "Speaking of, you have eaten sixty bucks worth of food. Pay up."
"You heard the man!" Leo yells. "Out!"
Douglas rolls his eyes before walking towards the door. "Wait, no!" Harley exclaims.
"Come on, Mr. Davenport! Let the guy stay." Adam says.
"Just give him a chance," Chase begs.
"This isn't fair!" Bree says.
"Guys," Douglas says. "It's okay. He's right. I messed up... I'll see you around."
Before Harley could stop herself, she steps forward. The words came out of her mouth as she shouted, "Dad!"
Douglas stops and turns around. He didn't know what to say. Out of the eleven years of having Harley, she never once called him 'dad'. It made his heart flutter to hear those such words come from her. Yes, he had Marcus call him dad, but he was programmed for that, Harley was an actual human being, whatever she felt was real. And she saw him as a father figure.
He steps forward and wraps his arms around her. Harley immediately wraps her arms around his torso as tears fell down her cheeks. It wasn't fair. Douglas may have done evil things, but he proved himself good in the past few days. He saved the kids' lives from Krane and helped Bree get her bionics back. He redeemed himself.
As they pull away, Douglas lightly smiles at the girl. "No matter who you came from, you're still my daughter, Harley. Nothing will ever change that." With that, he gives her one last look before walking out the door.
Harley steps back as she wipes her tears. Adam gives her a sad smile as he rubs her arm.
Bree turns to Leo and Harley. "Thank you. If it weren't for you guys, none of this would've worked out." The two give her a small smile. "And I promise I will never do anything that stupid again." She says to Davenport.
Davenport smiles at her. "It's okay. We all make mistakes, and everybody deserves a second chance."
Bree glances at the teens before turning back to Davenport. "Everybody?"
"Oh, snap!" Adam exclaims.

The next day, Leo was able to convince everybody to go back to the park in hopes of talking to Douglas. Once they got there, the same old lady was at the cart.
"There he is," Leo says, walking up to the old lady. "Hey, Douglas." By her reaction, Harley knew it wasn't Douglas.
"I don't think that's Douglas," Chase tells him.
"Yeah. She has much bigger hands." Adam says.
"Trust me. This isn't an old lady." Leo explains. He went to press the old lady's neck, but she shoves him away.
"Get off me!" She exclaims.
"Come on, Douglas. Ditch the mask." Leo says. He looks over her neck. "Where's the button on this thing?"
The old lady grabs Leo's wrists and holds up a pair of tongs. "I'm warning you, kid. Stop poking me or you're going to meet the wrong end of these tongs."
Leo stares in horror as
