A week had passed, and Pencil still hadn’t returned to the factory. Match on the other hand, did. She sneakily peeked down the stairwell. This time Golf Ball and Tennis Ball were home, and they saw her. They were sitting on the factory floor watching a toy train set weave its way around them.

“What do you want?!” Golf Ball looked up at her.
“I think she wants to see Pencil,” Tennis Ball said to GB. He glanced at her as he watched the toy train run by him.
GB looked back up to Match.
“Pencil isn’t here!!” She screeched.
“Then like, where is she then?” Match asked.

“Only the stars know now,” TB said.
“She moved out!” Golf Ball said, “She is an adult human now, and must live independently!”
“But she’s like, not a human! She’s Pencil! Why can’t you like, just turn her back!?” Match asked.
“Objectively, Pencil is too powerful, and her change was good for object society!” Golf Ball said.

“And personally, she didn’t want to turn back. We went over it with her,” Tennis Ball said. His focus was still on the train.

"How do you guys, like, know what she wants?" Match crossed her arms.
"How do you know what she wants?" Tennis Ball mocked her. He looked up at her, "You haven't hung out with her in a long time. You don't know what she's been dealing with! You even left her to die."
"I see like, when I'm not wanted," Match turned her back to GB and TB. She then walked back out of the factory, and into South Goiky once again.

5 years had passed and Pencil still had not returned. It was night in South Goiky, and the rain was starting to fall.

The objects were sleeping under the trees but the alliance was unsettled. Bubble was snoring which normally was alright, but the rain hit her and echoed a loud drumming (snare) sound. When she opened her mouth to snore, the sound was amplified.

Match sleeping at the base of a tree woke with the utmost uncomfortability. She rolled onto her back and watched as all other nearby objects got up and walked away. She looked over to Bubble before doing the same.

She went in a different direction than the rest, as she feared a conversation with a hazy other object. Thunder rolled in the sky. The rain came down harder. It was freezing, and the mud was starting to run and roll around the roots of trees.
Match thought about sleeping in a tree. It was safe from the mud, and she had done it before. She thought she heard something so she turned around.

Lightning struck in the distance as a metal figure atop a horse was revealed in the light. Match jumped back, but the figure slid off the horse and approached. It had a sword belted to its side in a scabbard, and long leather boots on its feet.

It lifted its visor up from its helmet. It them chittered like some sort of animal.
"Leave me, like, alone," Match said weakly. She covered her eyes.
"Match. I'm sorry I was talking Pick-Scap-Chat," Said the figure, who was also Pencil, "What are you doing all the way out here?"

"What do you mean? This is like, where I usually am," Match said. Pencil looked shocked.
"We're back in South Goiky?" She gasped.
"We're??"

Match looked behind Pencil to see more horses, and their riders' eyes were reflecting back at her an eerie white glow. At first she thought they were more humans, but lightning struck revealing them to be raccoons.
"P-Pencil?" Match recognized her voice. She began to relax just a little bit. It was like she was seeing a ghost.
"Well duh. You see any other humans while I was gone Match?" Pencil rolled her eyes. A chittering from the raccoons made Pencil turn around. She chittered back.

"Why are you like, hanging out with raccoons?" Match asked. She was still in shock.
"Eh, it's a long story," Pencil said. She took her horse's reins and began to walk it through the woods.
"Where are you, like, going?!" Match asked.

"Nowhere. I just gotta find a good place for us to rest," Pencil continued to walk past her. Multiple raccoons riding on horses passed Match by. She also noticed single seated riders on dogs pass below her. They eventually settled on a high ground with trees still around. Match followed them, but didn't know what to do with herself.
