"But director, please give me another chance, will you? I really need this chance." begged Lalisa.

If she didn't get picked, it was a bad skill but if she was late because she was set up to be late, she really isn't happy about it.

"Young lady, look which one here doesn't need this opportunity?" One director slapped the piles of information in his hand dismissively.

"Young lady, this time, I'll let you know a little bit about the rules in this industry, so that next time you'll have a long memory and you didn't come for nothing, "Without looking up, the director made direct contact with the other director and the two men stood up with the information.

"Director, please I really--"

The two directors didn't pay any more attention to her, not even looking at her when they pass her, and as assistant directors,  they had seen simply not too many girls like that.

Lalisa watched as the two assistant directors left.

Jeon Jungkook happened to come over and witnessed Lalisa's lost eyes, couldn't help but ask, "What happened?"

Lalisa shook her head, "The audition is over, i didn't got the chance. Let's go."

Jungkook frowned, "Where's the bathroom here?"

Lalisa pointed to the left, "You follow this all the way to the end and turn left then you'll see it."

"Good then, wait for me, don't dare run away,  remember I saved you today. If you slip, it is too inhuman." said Jeon Jungkook,  followed the direction Lalisa's finger and left.

Lalisa couldn't help but sigh. She didn't want to slip, although she knew that this man is no good, but after all, he saved her today, she still understand the reasoning of repaying kindness. Besides, he still have her nude photos.

She found a chair to sit down and waited for Jeon Jungkook.

She doesn't know if the man fell asleep, but 20 minutes had passed since then.

Just when Lalisa wondered if the man had gone away already, he appeared in her field of vision again.

"I thought you fell on the toilet, you took so long."

"Don't worry, I'm too tall to fall in", responded Jeon Jungkook.

"Let's go."

The two of them were preparing to leave together when a staff member came in, You must be Lalisa Im."

Lalisa nodded.

"It's like this, the role of female number three has been discussed by the director's team and there hasn't been suitable one, so when we heard from the assistant director that there is someone else like you, we decided to give you a chance."

Lalisa was stunned, because the last time someone also said about extra opportunities, she got schemed. Now she's scared.

"What are you afraid of? I'll come with you." Jeon Jungkook put one hand over Lalisa's shoulder.

Lalisa immediately took his hand away, "Okay then."

The staff took Lalisa and Jungkook all the way upstairs, and in one of the rooms, upstairs he stopped, "Miss Im, go inside, the directors are waiting for you"

Lalisa subconsciously looked at Jeon Jungkook.

"I'll be at the door if it's alright, but if you need help, yell for help and I'll rush in."

Lalisa nodded, this is the third floor, the window is sunny, nothing should happen. Besides, the man is outside.

She pushed over the door and walked in, as soon as she entered, she saw Director Lin Chuang sitting in the middle of the room discussing with the two assistant directors who is sitting beside him.

Oh my God! She couldn't believe she'll be auditioning for Director Lin himself!

Lalisa's heart went to her troat.

When the assisstant next to Director Lin Chuan come in, he immediately walked over to her and handed her a piece of paper, "Here are the lines, read them first, you have three minutes to prepare."

Lalisa took the piece of paper over, her hands were shaking.

Seeing her like this, the assistant director shook her head, 'not even a little brave, I'm afraid.'

Lalisa took a deep breath to calm herself down and started memorizing the lines on the paper.

There aren't many lines on the paper, and there are no scene description, so you have to rely on your understading on the lines to figure out the scenarion.

The three minutes went by quickly.

The assistant reminded the director and so they stopped the discussion.

While everyone was waiting for the performance, Lalisa suddenly fell to the ground with a poof.

Not to mention the two directors just now, even director Lin Chuan was shocked, not knowing what kind of path this was.

After lying to the ground, Lalisa's body trembled slightly, then slowly climbed up,  her arms barely supporting her body, her body was trembling as if she was going to fall down in the next second.

Clearly, the performance was only two minutes long, but the three directors couldn't get back to it a long time, as if their emotions were brought in.

Lalisa wiped her face and stood from the floor, "Director, I'm done performing."

Director Lin Chuan stroked his beard, "This performance of you is quite special. Some auditionee said the lines with joy, and some even cried miserably but you, you were partial to the middle of the fold."

Lalisa Im laughed, "Director, I'm not going to lie to you, I may have taken the shortcut because I have read the novel before and when I saw this line I remembered the part where Rose was beaten, so that's why I did this performance.

The ancient drama was based on a novel that's why Lalisa finished reading that novel overnight.

"There are over two million words in that novel and you've read them all." Director Lin was quite surprised.

Lalisa nodded her head, "Yes I've ready all of it."

"So tell me, what do you think of the role?"

"The girl Rose is the first love of the male protagonist Lian and his childhood sweetheart, her humble status makes her have some inferiority complex, she is always a bit soft and weak in the novel but in reality she doesn not compete. She has a stubnorn bone, I guess the author named her Rose because she is stubborn like a rose's thorn."
