"So how is it that you two know where we are going?" I ask Fred and George and they look at each other both with small smirks covered on their faces.

"Well lets just say we know the castle well." George says smirking at his twin.

"But it wasn't on the map, so how do you two know where it is?" I ask them and the others looked a little slightly more confused.

"What map?" Melody asks; the boys and I share a look as to whether we should tell them or not.

"We used to have a map of the school." Fred begins.

"With all the secret passage ways in and out of the school." George then replied.

"You could see everyone on the map." I say to our group of friends.

"What everyone?" Angelina asks.

"Yes." Fred, George, Lee and I reply.

"Every minute." Fred begins.

"Of everyday." George then finishes.

"That's so cool... Hang on that's why you lot got away with everything isn't it?" Alicia asks and we smirk between the four of us. "How did you even get it?"

"Nicked it from Filches office of course." George says.

"First year." Fred finishes off for his twin.

"Do you two have to constantly do that weird twin thing?" Jack asks them.

"What?" Fred says grinning.

"Where we -" George begins.

"Finish each others sentences." Fred says.

"Yes, they do, and I know it is rather annoying and are we there yet?" I ask the twins and they nod to where a door appears and I open it and it reveals other members of this new little group.

The nine of us walk into the room where the walls were lined with bookcases, silk cushions on the floor opposed to chairs and a set of shelves at the opposite end of the room which had numerous objects on them.

"So this is why they call it the room of requirement?" Melody asks.

"Yeah." Jack replies to his girlfriends as we shut the door behind us.

"Well." Harry began saying, rather nervously. "This is the place we've found for practice sessions, and you've all clearly found it okay."

"It's fantastic." Cho says, looking around the room in amassment.

"It's bizarre, we once hid from Filch in here, remember George?" Fred says, turning to his twin.

"Yeah, but I swear it was just a broom cupboard then?" George says and I just laugh at the pair.

"What are you laughing at?" Fred asks me and I look up to him.

"Just the two of you, always up to no good, eh?" I say and he laughs lightly at my comment.

"Yeah, they always are." Angelina says.

"You would know." I say to her, throwing her a little wink and she turns her head in embarrassment.

Before I could say anything to further embarrass Angelina, Harry begins to talk.

"Well, I've been thinking about the sort of stuff we ought to do first and - er - what Hermione." Harry says, looking around to the group.

"I think we ought to elect a leader." Hermione tells him.

"Harry's leader." Cho tells Hermione.

"What about me," I say only loud enough for my friends to hear and they laugh at me.

"You as leader?" Jack asks.

"You could show us all how to get a bad injury in Quidditch." Melody says laughing.

"- So who thinks Harry should be our leader?" Hermione asks and it is the only part of what she is saying that I hear.

Everyone's hands in the room shoot up even that twat from the other week.

"Er - right thanks - yes, Hermione." Harry says as he looks rather nervous at the crowd.

"I also think we ought to have a name, it would promote a feeling of team spirit and unity don't you think?" Hermione says brightly, and I agree with her it is actually a good idea.

"Can we be the Anti-Umbridge League?" Angelina suggests.

"Change it to the Anti-Toad League and I'm on board." Katie says with a smile on her face and I high five her as she is practically ignored by everyone else.

"Or the Ministry of Magic are Morons Group?" Fred suggests and I nod my head in agreement, most people that work there are the biggest prats going.

"I was thinking." Hermione says clearly deep in thought, "more of a name that didn't tell everyone what we were up to, so we can refer to it safely outside meetings?"

"The Defence Association? The DA for short, so nobody knows what we're talking about?" Cho suggests and that was a top suggestion out of the bunch.

"Yeah, the DA's good, only let's make it stand for Dumbledore's Army, because that's the Ministry's worst fear isn't it?" Ginny says, well her answer tops the rest, its the best one.

The group start talking in different pairs and I turn to Ginny.

"I don't know where you go all the brains from these two are completely useless." I say to her making everyone in earshot laugh and the twins then become slightly sulky.

"We aren't completely useless." George says, crossing his arms pretending to be offended.

"You know I'm not useless, don't you angle?" Fred whispers in my ear sending shivers down my spin and before I can tell him to shut the fuck up Hermione starts talking again.

"All in favour of the DA?" She asks and we all put out hands up as I get myself comfy on the cushion that I am sitting on. "Motion passed."

After a couple of minutes of sorting things out Harry, our new Defence Against the Ministry teacher began talking.

"Right, shall we get to practicing?" Harry asks use all standing up from his cushion as the rest of us are still sat on ours. "I was thinking the first thing we should do is Expelliarmus, you know, the Disarming Charm, I know is is pretty basic but I've found it pretty useful-" Harry began explaining before the twat himself Zacharias decides he wants to speak after being quiet for so long.

"Oh, please, I don't think Expelliarmus is exactly going to help us against you-know-who, do you?" Zacharias says rolling his eyes so far back, you would think he may be able to find his pea sized brain.

"I've used it against him, it saved my life back in June." Harry says firmly staring at Zacharias.

"Power move." Jack says laughing lightly, seeing how the little twat try to talk before Harry cuts him off before he can even start.

"But if you think it's beneath you, you can leave." Harry says, leaving us all kind of speechless, but damn I love how he shut that kid down. "Okay, I reckon we should all divide into pairs and practice."

We all stand up and split into pairs, Fred and I together, Melody and jack, George and Angelina, Katie and Alicia and Lee paired up with another Gryffindor from the year below.

"I'll go easy on you, beautiful." Fred tells me, and I raise my eyebrows at him.

"Okay, then Freddie dear." I say before, I quickly raise my wand, "Expelliarmus!" Fred's wand goes flying backwards out of his hand. "Going easy on me? You can do better than that, let's have a little bit of a challenge."

"You sure you want that? We can make a little bet if you want." Fred says to me and I laugh lightly.

"Let's do it then, if you win, you can do that thing again." I say gesturing to something we tried that I wasn't the biggest fan of but Fred loved it and a glimmer of cockiness appears on his face. "But, if I win have fun doing fifth teen laps around the Quidditch pitch."

"Wait - you can't make me do that." Fred tries to protest before I quickly raise my wand at him again.

"Expeeliarmus!" I say and Fred's wand once again goes flying backwards and he groans and goes to pick it up and I look around our room seeing our friends disarming each other and kids younger than us also doing it. I know this is just the beginning but we need more than this, I don't want to see anyone in this room die.

"I don't want to do fifth teen laps." Fred says groaning.

"Well you won't have to, show me what you've got." I say to him and he raises his eyebrows in a challenge.

We carry on disarming each other and I clearly win with Fred groaning knowing he is going to have to do the fifth teen laps around the Quidditch pitch.

"Well this was pretty good but we've overrun, we'd better leave it here. Same time, same place next week?" Harry says and I nod my head in agreement along with some others.

"Sooner!" Dean, a boy in fifth year with Harry, Ron and Hermione says, with even more people agreeing with him.

"The Quidditch season is about to start, we need practice too." Angelina says and I nod my head in agreement.

"Let's say next Wednesday night then, we'd better get going." Harry says and we all leave the room returning to our common rooms for the remainder of the night.

"Well that was fun." Melody says, sitting on a sofa as we enter the common room and Alicia and Katie walk up the girls dorm and I just smile to myself.

"Yeah, it was." Lee says, in agreement.

"Yeah, it was good, but now I have my Care of Magical Creatures essay to get started on." I say to them all and Angelina, Jack and Melody all groan, knowing as much as we don't want to do it we have to.

I start on my essay with the others whilst Fred, George and Lee sit in the corner discussing joke shop plans. After I finish writing the essay, which never normally takes long with Hagrid as our teacher but as our old teacher is back they have to be slightly longer, I know decide I'll write to my dad about general chit chat, however Harry told me its best to write Snuffles instead of dad as many people know that he is my dad.

Dear Snuffles,

Just wanted to let you know that I miss you lots and that I cannot wait to see you at Christmas, our first Christmas together as a family. Anyway, the first Quidditch match of the season is soon Gryffindor vs Slytherin, how exciting, actually I'm kind of dreading it as it is my first game as Captain; so I am hoping all goes well.

I hope you are keeping safe and we have a name for our little group, the DA, which I will explain more about when we see you at Christmas, I was also wondering what you would like for Christmas, as we'll be going to Hogsmeade again soon so I'll be buying everyone's presents then. I can't believe it's been a year since everything happened and that we found each other again, it makes me so happy to know that I have actual family that love me and not hate me.

Anyway, its ten thirty at night so I really should off to bed soon but I thought I would send you a little letter to tell you how much I love and miss you.

I finish writing the letter and folding it in the envelop writing Snuffles on the front and Melody gives me a questioning look, "Snuffles?"

"Yes, its code for my dad." I whisper.

"Okay, got it." Melody replies before turning to her boyfriend and he whispers something in her ear and they disappear up stairs.

"Where are those two off to?" Angelina asks.

"Probably to go and get laid." I reply.

"I thought you and Fred were bad, clearly not." Angelina tells me.

"We aren't that flirty." I say then turning to look at my boyfriend in the corner with his twin and Lee and an idea pops into my head and I walk over to him.

"What's up beautiful?" He asks, looking up from whatever he was doing.

"Nothing, just wanted to spend some time with you. Astronomy Tower?" I ask Fred and he look between George and Lee.

"We're done for the night anyway." George says putting the stuff away.

"Lets go then." Fred says, as we are in our pyjamas if someone saw us they wouldn't know we are Gryffindor's straight away.

We sneak out of the portrait hole hand in hand, sneakily, making every move with caution until we make our way to the Astronomy Tower making our way to the edge and sitting there, looking at the stars, when I catch Fred staring at me.

"Its rude to stare Freddie, you should watch the stars they are really pretty." I tell him.

"You are way more pretty than some stars, y/n" He tells me as we sit hand in hand.

"I'm not pretty Freddie, honestly, the stars are so beautiful." I say quickly glancing at him .

"You are honestly the prettiest girl I've ever seen and one day I'm going to ask you to marry me." He says and I turn to him and see he has a massive smirk on his face.

"Is it at least until after we finish?" I ask him.

"Yes, the plan is already set in motion, you have nothing to worry about." Fred tells me and I laugh lightly.

"How long have you had this planned?" I ask him.

"Since the summer, but I always knew that I'm going to marry you." Fred tells me placing a kiss on my cheek.

"Anyone else on this plan?" I ask.

"There is no more information that I can reveal to you, otherwise it will spoil the plans." Fred tells me as I lean my head on his shoulder looking the school grounds, trees and lake around us with the starlight luminating them.

"Okay, Fred." I say.

We sit in comfortable silence for a while before Fred begins to talk again, "I can't wait for our future together y/n, I'll be able to provide for us and George and I will have our dream business, we can then have an amazing wedding how big or small you want it is up to you, then we can have our kids and live a happy life and I want it all with you."

I turn to Fred and I bring him in for a soft kiss with tears in my eyes.

"What's wrong, did I say something that I wasn't meant to?" Fred asks clearly panicked.

"No - no, Godric no. Everything you said was perfect and you are perfect what did I ever do to deserve you?" I say, lightly cupping his face.

"Nothing, we are just meant to be together." Fred says before either one of us could say anything else we hear Filch.

"Who's there?" He asks with Mrs Morris meowing and Fred and I quickly get up as silently as we could, looking for another way out.

"Shit, what do we do?" I mouth, trying not to talk so Filch doesn't hear us.

"Run." Fred mouths grabbing my hand and we start running with Filch behind us.

We run well more like Fred drags me down towards to the common room but luckily enough we outran Filch before we made it to the common room. When we get into the common room its empty with the fire dying down and we sit slightly out of breath laughing lightly.

"Godric, next time we have plans to take a trip to the Astronomy Tower, we need either Angelina, Jack or Ron on patrol there." I say walking into Fred for a hug.

"We should get some sleep after that." Fred tells me, placing a soft kiss on my forehead.

"Yeah we should." I say to him and we walk up the stairs hand in hand.

We go into the bedroom and everyone else is still up.

"Where did you two go?" Jack asks.

"Astronomy Tower and had to leg it because Filch decided to show up." Fred says as we sit down on his bed.

"I hope you two weren't getting busy when it happened." Lee says and I roll my eyes at him.

"No we wasn't and you need to get laid, honestly just find a girl and screw her." Fred says as we get snuggled up into his bed.

"Might have to set up a blind date for him." I say.

"I'm doing just fine on my own." Lee tells me.

"Yeah, sure." George says.

"You can talk." Lee replies to him.

"I literally have a girlfriend you numpty." George tells him.

"You are the only one who is single Lee." Jack tells him, "anyway we should all get to sleep its almost twelve."

"Yeah, we should." Fred says and I snuggle up to his side.

"Goodnight, beautiful." Fred says, placing a kiss on the top of my head.

"Goodnight, Freddie." I reply as we both close our eyes and fall asleep.

For the first time in over a year I had one of my nightmares.

"Katherine why did you do it?" I see Michael ask her.

"I had no choice, Voldemort asked me to do it! If not he would of killed Adrian, Lucinda, you, me then her and Y/n as well! She was my sister... I didn't want to do it but one life for the sake of five makes me feel okay." Katherine says as I sit in Michael's arms. "Look, we can pass her off as one of ours, she is still family and with her dad now in prison who else has she got?"

"She has us of course, but people are going to ask questions of where we got another child from and she wasn't just your sister she was your twin, which I know doesn't make a difference and we'll be fine Voldemort is gone and we can raise our family together." Michael says with regret clearly in his voice.

"I know but she already looks like her, from the photos we have as children we were so close even if I was sorted into Slytherin and Elizabeth in Gryffindor, how am I going to watch her call me mum and you dad, we aren't her parents." Elizabeth is now crying.

"Daddy, whys mummy crying..." I see toddler me ask, clearly seeing the similarities between my mum and Katherine.

"She's just a little upset, do you want to go and play with Austin and Lucinda?" Michael asks.

"Yeah." I say and he takes me to a different room.

I then bolt up awake, sweating and clearly woke Fred up in the process.

"Woah, what's wrong?" He asks in a sleepy tone.

"I had - I had one of my nightmares - well it was more of a dream this time." I tell him with my breathing going really fast.

"Right let's go down to the common room." Fred says and we walk down to the common room to talk so we don't disturb anyone else.

I start to tell Fred about what happened and he looks at me a little confused but mostly sleepy.

"So do you think its real?" Fred asks me.

"I'm like ninety percent sure, I'm going to write to Michael and ask him but all of the other ones that happened were true - weren't they?" I say to Fred.

"That's true, just be careful." Fred tell me.

"Its just a letter, its not going to hurt anyone, I'll write the letter in a minute, I left my stuff down here before we went to the Astronomy Tower, you can sit with me if you like." I tell him as I stand up and walk over to a desk and start writing.

Dear Michael,

I know it is weird for me to be writing to you as we haven't spoke in almost a year now, but my dreams have come back and I had a dream where you and Katherine were having a conversation about why she did what she did, I was just wondering why you never told me in the first place maybe it is because I would never be able to forgive you both but I somehow reluctantly understand why I could forgive you both as I can understand one life instead of many more is the right way to go about it in some ways.

In a way, I hope that one day we could all put this behind us and maybe have some contact as apart from my dad you are the only biological family that I have left, regardless of that, I still have my other family and we all share different values.
