The next morning everyone was out the door in now time Sanem had packed already to go to the Island that way once the Doctor appeared travel they would be Island bound. Mihriban and Aziz were planning to go also. Aziz had made arrangements with his driver to be ready when they got the word. Maria hadn't gotten word from Sanem is she had decided on her offer. She would wait patiently and just growth the flow for the week. Can and Sanem kept the children home with his parents while they went to the Doctor and then would checked on the Factory to go over everything with Ayhan while they were away. All the leaders would be expected to help Ayhan out and do their duties that thye were assigned to to keep things running smoothly. Maintenance would be told and to be on the machine to make sure they would remain operational.

At the Doctors Office:
All things were looking great with the twins. There was a little concern about Sanem's blood pressure because it was alittle high. The Doctor wanted to keep a close watch on it. He did approve her travel and told Can and Sanem that this was a good time to travel because later on he would not approve her to travel especially during the third trimester. She a still considered high risk to him due to her past pregnancy with Deniz and Ates. Can promised the Doctor he would keep her calm and stress free the best he could. He wanted her back in three weeks to check her blood pressure. Can was alittle worried that last night etting Sanem all worked up fro their make out session in the garage was a contributing factor to her pressure in which he brought up out in the hallway alone with the doctor so Sanem couldn't hear. The Doctor assure Can that it had nothing to do with it. Can was relieved by the comfort from this man's voice. Once Sanem came out of the ladies room off to the Factory they headed. Meanwhile Cann had called his father to let him know that it was a go and to have the kids and Maria ready to go when they got home. All the suitcase where loaded into the van that Aziz's driver would transport them to the airport. Ozgur would arrive at the airport by 3pm. Sanem called Muzzo to let him know that she would be at the shop tomorrow but would arrive to the Island by early evening. The plan was to relax at Aziz's and Mihriban for the night. The children were excited that they were going to G-pa and G-ma's Island. Sanem and Can would break the news to Maria and his Parents that evening once everyone got settled in.

All instructions where given to Ayhan and all the leaders at the Factory. Can made it know to keep the production going and if there were any problems to call maintenance and then call him. He wanted Sanem to not worry about the business while she was away. The both of them headed home to go over everything with Bulut. Can told him about the plan to put Maria up in loft of the barn. Sanem had given him the pre-paid credit card to get what was need to begin to make this place a home for her. Bulut talked to them about possibility buying a special harvesting machine that he came across with a deal he could refuse. It would make cutting flowers alot easier on his part and it would get done a whole lot faster. Sanem told him that Maria's home was more important at the moment and if he comes up with a total of  what the cost would be than she would let him purchase it with any left over money. He  agreed to have it emailed to her in a few days. Once everything was done that needed to do Can thought it was easier to drive his truck to the airport that way it would be there for him to put Maria's and Sanem's thing in the back when he returned from Switzerland. They meet Ozgur at the airport and off to the Isalnd they flew for a much needed break.

Once on the Island everyone was glad to see the Family. Onur had a huge meal prepared for them. The children were running all over the house as well as outdoor from all the excitement of being back on the Island. Even Aunt Remide and Rihat joined them for the meal. They talked about everything and anything as they caught up on what has been going on between them. As much as Sanem enjoyed being back on the farm. She still Loved this Island Can could see she was relaxing and unwinding as she breathed in the salty air.

The evening was spent sitting out by the firepit on the lawn watching the stars. Can and Sanem told Maria the news that they accepted her offer and that the barn loft will be converted over to her little home. She was so happy and hugged them both with joy. Aziz and Mihriban were just as happy that she would be staying to help Can and Sanem out. Mihriban had her own responsibility at the Farm. Down in the barn in a room off to the side of the horse she was making it into n office for her. She was put in charge of managing the farm, its money and being there for Bulut when he needed her to do something. It was something that she discussed with Sanem many weeks ago in which Can had been told. Bulut cleaned out all the things that was stored in that room and moved it in all covered area outside. He actually built walls and a door for all the feed for the animals to keep it dry. The hay and food for the horse were keeper in a empty stable area inside.

Sanem proceed to tell them about her blood pressure that she need to go back in 3 weeks. Mihriban being the nurse that she once was and kind of still is made it a point to check it for Sanem each day from here on out. Can was very appreciative of his mother's nursing experience. They all agreed to try to have Sanem relax and stress free while she was there. Once back at the farm they would deal with it there. It was a one day at a time situation. The children were put to bed. Maria and Mihriban continued to sit out by the fire drinking a glass of wine unwinding even more. Tomorrow Mihriban, Aziz and the children would show Maria around the big Island while Can and Sanem were meeting with Muzzo. Sanem sat out on the Balcony of her and Can's bedroom enjoying the sounds of the night. She couldn't help but feel that something was going on with Muzzo with the shop. She would just have to wait and see what he has to say knowing by their past conversations he had been making little comments here and there.
