3 chapters a week is gonna kill me, but I'm still gonna try.

This may seem like a massive jump, but all will be explained in the chapter as to why I skipped the St. Freya and Gratitude Arc.

This opening is peak. It's got that energetic feel down, since there's nothing EXTREMELY tragic happening at the first few arcs. I'll just change the opening each time an arc changes, or if something REAL important happens.

I'm also gonna change my writing style next chapter, so say goodbye to the middle man. 🥲

"Yo, brat."

Stood atop a shallow body of water was the one and only Cumber. After Kaiju pushed himself, he put himself in a coma. Cumber himself decided to take the brat into his mindscape to have a chat.

"Welcome, to my mindscape. I suppose it isn't like the blue skies and lovely greenery you're used to seeing, huh?"

The night sky cast a red glow due to the red moon , clear of any clouds above. They were in the middle of an extremely shallow pond that seemed to reflect the red moon's glow onto the water.

"You...! You're that Cumber guy, right?!"

Cumber sighed, already annoyed at Kaiju's blabbering.

"In your mind. Now, I want you to hear this poor man out."

Cumber appeared behind Kaiju, causing him to widen his eyes.

"What th-"

"Listen, and listen well!"

"I know every detail about you. Your likes, dislikes, interests and the people you love. You getting stronger will benefit the both of us as my vessel. So, I'll cut you a deal."

The boy decided to listen, wanting to hear him out. Kaiju had to admit that he was a little fearful, especially with how tall this guy was! He was like... eight feet tall! Then again, the thought of fighting someone that even Kami seemed scared of was just too good to pass up.

"While you're in this coma, within my mindscape, I'll help you grow stronger. In exchange for this, I'll get to take over your body for five minutes only once. After I say the word Imprisonment, my consciousness will take over yours for just five minutes."

"Hey! How do I know you won't hurt any of my friends? Kami said you're evil, and I can just feel it oozing off of ya too!"

This brat was getting thoroughly annoying, causing Cumber to just grab his forehead.

"During those five minutes, I won't hit a single one of your friends, got it? This deal chains our souls together, and if either of us don't take our half of the deal, there's massive repercussions. Worry not brat, I'll shape you into a fine warrior until you have to wake up!"

"....I'll take that deal. I need to catch up to beat that girl from earlier..."

Kaiju gulped as Cumber towered over him, cracking his knuckles.

{A few months since the deal}

[St. Freya's Infirmary]

Kaiju shot up from his bed in an empty room, presumably an infirmary. His body had somehow not needed physical therapy due to his training with Cumber. He noticed multiple bags containing food items and a few notes inside said bags. From the way each note was written, and the little HOMU sketch at the end of each one, this was definitely Bronya.

Kaiju's heart melted at that. He HAD to see her now, deciding to get up from the bed. Kaiju stretched for a minute and looked through the drawers, noticing his Gi neatly folded most likely by the Russian Girl.

Kaiju smirks at this, throwing the hospital gown off.

"It's a little torn, but that's no biggie!"

"With what I'm sensing right now, things are getting bad. I also sense that girl I fought in that Nagazora place, maybe she's the one causing this... and Bronya's... her energy!"

Kaiju quickly put all his stuff on, taking the bag on Senzu beans Korrin gave him a while back.

"Somehow these guys don't spoil, that's good! I'm coming, Bronya!"

Bronya laid on the dorm floor unconscious due to Welt's assault. He had effortlessly destroyed Project Bunny and her, seemingly with a snap of his finger. Many things weighed on her mind. Seele, Mei, and... Kaiju. He had still not woken up from his coma, since the incident in Nagazora. She had only just reunited with him, and the boy was already out of commission.

Kaiju flew into the destroyed dorm room, instantly noticing the gray haired girl unconscious on the ground.

"Crap!"

Kaiju lifted her head off the ground, assessing her injuries. Thankfully, they didn't seem too bad. The Saiyan sighed in relief, before frowning. The energy residuals here, he could sense the culprit from afar.

He'd make them pay, and he'd make it hurt.

"I'll be back, Bronya. Kaiju's home now, and he's here to stay."

Kiana had swooped in to prevent the Herrscher of Thunder from going all out, picking her up.

"I've kept you waiting.. Sorry, my lady. Have no fear, Kiana the young knight is here!"

Herrscher Mei's eyes widened, before she gently smirked.

"Come on, Kiana. Young knight? What were you thinking?"

Kiana just hummed in confusion.

"I see trails of tears on your face. Were you crying on your way here?"

(I don't see em.)

"How pathetic. Only I can make you cry, Kiana."

Kiana turned her head with a pout.

"Nuh-uh! I wasn't crying at all!"

"....The fuck you mean Nuh-uh?"

Welt shout at the two, angry at the sheer disrespect.

"Face me, you stupid valk!"

Kiana placed Mei near a wall.

"Just lay here for a while."

The Kaslana faced the man, ready to fight.

"Alright, you loud mouthed freak! I'll give you a world of hurt for touching my princess."

Before Mei could warn Kiana, everyone turned their heads at the loud sound of something landing on the ground. The cloud of smoke cleared, to reveal Kaiju. Not only was he there, but he was pissed.

"Yo. You're the one that hurt Bronya, right?"

Herrscher Mei recognized him, the same boy that faced her in Nagazora. While he was strong, the monkey was nowhere near her level. So why...? Why did being near him feel so... scary?!

"You're that monkey..."

Kaiju noticed Mei, waving at her. Kiana recognized him when Bronya brought her along to visit him mid coma. To think he'd just come out of nowhere and demand he take her thunder? Who did this monkey boy think he was?!

Kiana screeched at Kaiju, grabbing his shoulders.

"Hey, don't steal my thunder! I'm the one who's gonna make this guy pay for hurting my princess!"

Kaiju just sighed, removing Kiana's hands from his shoulders.

"I get that, but I haven't had any action in months now! Can't you sit this one out?"

Welt looked at the two who had started a one-sided argument, that just infuriated him.

"DON'T IGNORE ME, YOU STUPID VALKS!"

Welt dashed at the two with a gravity infused punch, aiming at Kiana. The latter couldn't react, unable to dodge. Thankfully, Kaiju stopped the punch with one hand.

"Hey, don't interrupt us!"

"HUH?! THEN DON'T IGNORE ME!"

Welt screamed, seemingly preparing an attack.

"Hey, mind if I take this guy out? He already hurt Bronya, and I absolutely can't forgive that."

"....Fine!"

Kiana conceded, running toward Mei.

"Thank god... Now."

"Let's do this."

Welt instantly rushed Kaiju, who avoided the blow, counter-attacking with his own. He stumbled, attempting to land another blow. This time, Kaiju ducked under Welt, punching him in the gut.

"That can't be all you got, can it?"

Welt's eyes narrowed, the gravity around the entire area increasing.

"You.... YOU!"

From what Kaiju could see, the angrier you made a Herrscher, the more they evolved. This guy was far weaker than Thunder, but he could still make for a good warm-up.. For some odd reason, he felt different... not in a good way either.

Welt's speed increased as he sped around, trying to land a few blows on Kaiju. The Saiyan moved his body each time, avoiding every attack thrown at him. Kaiju cleared his mind, entering the Flow State. As he did this, Welt's foot flew past his face as he avoided another one of his attacks.

The Herrscher's anger heated up past it's boiling point as he continued his assault. The attacks were crazy predictable as Kaiju weaved each attack with ease using the Flow State. It was still imperfect, but this level was more than enough for his opponent.

"It's my turn!"

Kaiju caught Welt's face as he avoided another one of his attacks, slamming it into the ground.

"That can't be all you got, right?"

Welt's face went red in fury as he got back up and surrounded Kaiju in a strange orb.

"GRAVITY CRUSH!"

Kaiju felt himself get heavier, only slightly though. The Saiyan smirked as he casually ripped through the orb.

"You're gonna have to try harder than that man! Let's dance!"

Welt crashed through one of St. Freya's buildings as Kaiju caught up to the Herrscher, punching him into the air. Kaiju appeared behind the Herrscher and elbowed him, preventing him from being launched by grabbing his collar.

"Now, down you go!"

Kaiju hit him once again, this time on the top of his head. Said strike launched the Herrscher toward the ground.

"No way... This guy, this brat..! He's even stronger than the 3rd Herrscher!"

Kaiju float down on the ground, with a smirk on his face.

"To think you were the one who brought down that lightning girl, wonder what her name is... I really thought you were gonna be more of a challenge, but for bringing down Bronya, I gotta end this."

Welt quickly got up, launching Kaiju into a classroom. He flew through the wall, breaking each desk with the impact.

"I'm getting Deja vu... Oh yeah!"

He avoided another one of Welt's blows, shifting his head to the side. The two continued dashing throughout the school, trading blows with each other. This was getting fun for Kaiju, who had only been getting thrashed by Cumber for the past few months he's been out.

They went through a dorm room, waking up the girls that were asleep within said room. The two continued throwing blows at each other, neither giving an inch.

"I've had it with you, filthy valk!"

He thrust his arm at Kaiju, who just shifted it to the side.

"What's a valk?"

"HRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!"

The fight raged on with Kaiju still not taking him seriously. Hand to hand didn't work for Welt, who had been getting dominated in that aspect. His gravity-based attacks didn't bother Kaiju in the slightest, so what the hell could he do to crack him?!

Kaiju threw him into a wall and ripped a nearby pillar out of its position, throwing it at Welt who had barely caught it. As Welt caught it, Kaiju's fist had already made it to his face. In that split second, he felt a memory surge through his mind of Cumber teaching him this technique.

Kaiju's eyes widened as he started to drool out of sheer concentration. He coat his fist in Ki as he punched Welt in a billionth of a second, landing an attack he made inspired by Cumber's own moves. Sparks of white and blue electricity flung across the classroom, indicating the successful landing of a Cosmic Impact.

"AGGGGGHHHH!"

Welt flew into another one of the school's buildings, destroying a set of classrooms from being launched so far. Kaiju landed near by, his Ki more potent than ever due to landing that attack.

"You.... filthy... valk. How... HOW THE HELL ARE YOU SO STRONG?! You couldn't even fight off the Third Herrscher, and now you're here beating me?!

Kaiju raised an eyebrow, placing his fingers under his chin in a thinking position.

"Should I tell you....? Naaaaah."

Welt's eyes flashed with anger, the Herrscher beginning to scream in anger.

"You...... I'VE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS, YOU FOOLISH VALK!"

A massive orb had been charged from Welt's palm, seemingly a mini blackhole.

"DIE!"

The orb started to crush the entire dorm area with it's might, with Kaiju at the center of it all.

"Sorry, but I'll have to finish this!"

The attack he charged felt all too familiar, a surge of memories flooding back to him. Prior to being sent off planet, his mother secretly kept him on Planet Vegeta for a few extra years, showing him videos of his father's combat prowess. Kaiju curled his fingers and placed both his hands together at chest level and started to gather Ki.

Kaiju thrusted his arms forward, firing the purple beam at both the orb of gravity and Welt himself.

"Galick...GUN!"

The blast engulfed Welt, eradicating the Herrscher completely in one fell swoop.

"Damn it all.... THERE'S NO WAY I DIE LIKE THIIIIIIIIIS!"

The blast died down as Kaiju had finally felt warmed up enough.

"Heh.... That was for hurting Bronya! Oh crap....."

He looked at the side of the school he completely destroyed, sheepishly rubbing the back of his head. Surprisingly, his destruction didn't stop there, as he accidentally destroyed an entire mountain from afar.

And that's all for tonight! Next chapter's gonna have some actual dialogue over another fight scene, sorry about that guys...

I know I didn't change a lot, and that was mostly due to my current life situation. But after some encouragement from a friend, I finally decided to finally lock in. Expect the next chapter soon.
