i like to call level 4 a safer or more tamer version of level 0

this level isnt the best place for survival like level 1 is, but it is still home to a bunch of resources including almond water, and the best part is that almond water is mostly found here in this level; meaning you won't die of your own dehydration or sanity, which is definitely a good thing.

if you wanna exit, i recommend finding the m.e.g's base omega and asking them for the way to the exit. if all else fails and you end up lost, try looking for a stairway yourself.
