If they don't, then they have to go in front of the High Court or even the king and if they are found to be of high value like a clairvoyant, then that monarch has every right to claim this citizen as their property. At the age of 16, each citizen gets their second classification which is closer to the roll they'll play once they find their mate. This secondary classification is tested in schools and classification centers connected to the Magical Species Correlation.So, some citizens hide their classification in fear of never seeing their families again or in fear of becoming a plaything.This is the world every citizen lives in, most live inside the kingdom in the cities but a few live in the outskirts which have small villages and even further out some live in the forests in the neutral land in cottages or farms.
