On Bouvet Island, 7 British researchers are sent to a research base, with the purpose of fostering a prominent-enough discovery to make their mission a success. They think they find the key to this when they find an alien ship buried in the Bouvetian mountains. However, what they find makes their mission not one of research - but one of survival.This is a fanfic loosely based on John Carpenter's 1982 film 'The Thing'. I decided to make a book on all the Power and Conflict poems for the English GCSE exams. NOTE: This book's analyses are very long and wordy due to much information from different sources. Although they are segmented, some may not find too much comfortable, so I've linked main the main resources I've gotten and have attached video analyses from mrbruff, a youtuber known for analyses. Sources are from multiple websites (e.g. BBC.com, madameanglaise.wordpress.com, poemanalysis.com, shmoop.com), which I have combined to make the ultimate revision book pretty much, so please don't get angry at me for copying.
