Certified as a Special Education Administrator, he is proficient in creating Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students facing a spectrum of challenges, from intellectual and emotional issues to physical disabilities.Dr. Jahmal achieved his Doctorate in Education from the University of Massachusetts, a distinguished institution renowned for its academic rigor and research innovation. His doctoral dissertation, "Perceptions of Principal Attributes in an Era of Accountability," was published in the Journal of School Leadership and garnered attention at the American Educational Research Association Conference.Passionate about educational equity, he is dedicated to eradicating the predictable patterns of student success or failure, promoting an inclusive approach that boosts the capacities of all students. Dr. Jahmal began his educational journey with a Bachelor of Arts in African-American History and Psychology in 1997 from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
