The Defenders tirelessly defended Amethyst, but as more time passed, the Shadows grew stronger as the Defenders grew weaker. Then, word about an incomplete idea traveled back to Amethyst. Buried deep in the Wasteland was the Creator's final Shadow. It had the potential to revive Amethyst to its former glory and defeat the Shadows once and for all.
