Me making more shameless wholesome versions of horror movies, and making horrible characters into likeable people lelThis was mainly inspired by a novel version of the movie Unfriended on here, but it had an alternative ending where the whole thing turned out to be a dream, plus Laura was alive and still friends with Blaire. So yeah, I thought an AU like this would be cool, so I decided to make one myself.Basically none of the characters are assholes, and the events in the film don't happen here, plus none of them do any of the horrible acts in the film, cause like I said, this is an alternative version of the characters. Like the VHS fic, this will be a more wholesome and explore the friendship and relationships of the characters more. Keep in mind, just like VHS, I of course don't condone the actions of the original characters. I know this basically beats the purpose of the original film, but I'd really like to see a universe where everyone's good friends. I don't know if this is the first ever V/H/S fanfic on here. So yeah, this has been in my head for a while now. While I wasn't sure if this kind of thing would ever be made and published, I thought of making it.Now, for those who have seen the movie, I'm sure you know what this is supposed to be. However of course, as the title implies, this is basically a re-write of the first segment in the movie, Amateur Night, although it's much more wholesome, plus takes away some of the elements from the original, but I still want to make sure this fic is interesting. Basically changing some of the motives for some of the characters, making them more likable than they were in the original.I should note, that this is not in anyway a remake or fixing of the original.
