Chip AKA the Chainsaw Consultant has been hired by the COGS CEO or also known as Craig Oilcan as a role to handle fires and layoffs to make Craigs job easier. Overtime Chip begins to think about the future of the company and begins to think that this war between Toons and Cogs is not getting anyone anywhere.
