Izuku has been training with All Might for months now. He was very thankful for All Mights help for helping him achieve his dreams and saying that he believed in him.But he only had one problem.. Everything was normal in Japan until one day it all went to hell. Some people started to act differently and began attacking people with quirks, especially anyone who had a very powerful quirk.While this was happening, Izuku was in the park training to get OFA when everything went down. He heard all the screaming, and he then ran towards the noise where he came upon the horrifying sight.He tried to help some people, but he was quickly shoved to the side so they could save themselves. As this continued, he then thought back to his mom and raced home, ignoring everything else.Arriving at his apartment he saw lots of blood and gore, it took all his will power to not throw up before he ran up the steps to his home and his eyes widened in horror at the sight before him. His mom was already dead.After that day, he found refuge in UA, which became a safe zone, one of the few that could sustain itself for a long time. As he sat in the room with his mom, the door opened and the family friend Nemuri Kayama ran into the room and pulled Izuku into a tight hug while apologizing to him and telling him everything will be ok.But for Izuku, a part of him broke and he realized that if he didn't have this quirk... his mom wouldn't be here and she'd still be awake.Nemuri took Izuku in giving Inko wrote that either her or Mitsuki would take care of Izuku if anything ever happened to her.She helped raise Izuku and tried her best to be a mother figure for him, but he was simply broken, he didn't smile anymore and kept to himself.
