Another Ben and Devi fanfic. This story is supposed to take place after my first story, on their last year of school, and then carries on to the second one I wrote. I was going to call it Flying My White Flag signifying trying to surrender in a battle. Which is what Ben and Devi tend to do... battle each other since they were young. Hi guys, I don't know why I am doing this, but I've had an idea for an alternative story for far too long as to how season 3 may go when it is released... I'm pretty sure I don't have the time to write it but I did write up a first part anyway LOL In this version of my story, just as Ben discovers that Devi had not always just wanted Paxton first, he attempts to hide how he feels for Devi by becoming her rival again... in an effort to avoid hurting Aneesa's feelings, but also in an effort to avoid Devi from catching on. But as Paxton proves to not be the perfect boyfriend Devi had always wanted, and just as her world starts to begin to feel as though it wants to crumble, things begin to heat up between Ben and Devi... not just by their constant bantering, but by a kiss that Devi shares with him.
