The concept of a mental asylum terrified Penn Zero ever since watching the Batman movies when he was five years old.He'd never thought things would go this way. Penn had the perfect family, perfect friends, and perfect life. He lived his childhood happy and content. But all of that changes when his parents died from a car crash just two days after Penn's 16th birthday. With his brain refusing to believe that his parents are dead and claiming that a supervillain took them away to another dimension instead, Penn gets thrown into St. Olga's Correction Asylum.
