1) Liana knows merman Sam's beauty isn't just for idle wear. 2) She also knows they're in the middle of planning a coup of his father, the King of the Sea.3) Another thing she knows? How to properly distance herself from Sam--the boy who meets with her in her bedroom almost every night, sometimes with lipstick on his neck, or marring the pearl in his ear, for said planning.4) Hell, scratch that, maybe not-so-properly.5) But what if that's the least of her problems? The people out to thwart her are sure as hell making sure of that.A story of mischief and murder. No, remove murder and replace it with discovery and intrigue...and add merfolk? Much better.β¦
