Years after the Second Great War, thieves still craved for the Prime Songs, sending those powers scattering across the land. Everything then faded, no one used them despite them being stolen, as if nothing happened. But someone caused a ripple in the peace, which erupted a wave. What if the thieves are forced to become outlaws, doing these crimes because they are forced into? What if the strict ones aren't what they seem?
