30 years after the creation of the Earth Republic the peace Avatar Korra and Prince Wu built came crashing down. After the mysterious death of Avatar Korra a movement begins to centralize the Earth Republic under one man Yuchen. He pulled the little wealth from the Southern states and concentrated it into Ba Sing Se. The next 14 years tensions grew, but when those tensions explode the new Avatar Guang, a 14 year old boy living in a small sand bender village, changes his life forever.
