He'd been diagnosed with a mysterious disease that was un-cureable but was at the very least manageable. One fateful day when they are put into a group for a project together, Erwin and Levi meet for the first time. As they work on the project, the two begin to grow closer and closer to each other until they eventually form a romantic relationship.
