NON-FICTIONDear reader, On the 27th of January, 2019, I started a diary to document the happenings around me that I couldn't explain. For some reason I wanted to keep the things I wrote in it separate from my regular diary; I was scared. My mind was spinning and writing everything in that diary helped me to still it. In case you, dear reader, have also stumbled into the world you didn't even know existed, the spiritual world, I've decided to share with you my experience so that you might glean some semblance of understanding. Perhaps you will find even more clarity than I did, as I have become content to trust the Holy Spirit instead of continuing to seek out answers in the murky spiritual world. I am a Christian missionary kid. My family traversed to Thailand for a mission conference and a couple weeks of vacation from the challenges of rural Mongolia. It was there that I found the grey diary with silver and purple and black swirls on it and a magnetic clasp. It is a beautiful diary. I had pleaded with my mom for her to buy it for me. After returning from the Blip, she goes to live with her brother for her senior year of high school while she continues her training in martial arts. Devon is working towards her goal of becoming an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. She finds Spiderman and convinces him to teach her how to be a superhero and S.H.I.E.L.D. ends up finding her. This was only the beginning of the unexpected.(I realize that during the time of Spiderman Far From Home, Peter, MJ and Ned were in 10th grade, not 12th, but I forgot about this until I was on about chapter 10 so I will fix this on the second draft if I get there, but right now I'm just trying to get the gist of the story onto the page)…
