The War Among the Shifters
Aaron is a nobody in the village of Haillson, all he does is mine and deliver the metal to the local blacksmith shop ran by the crowned princess, Melaina. One day on a delivery run, there is an explosion at the mine. Aaron goes to the mine to help the injured. But when he arrives, Aaron finds his fellow shifters being slaughtered. As he is trying to help one of the injured shifters, someone tackles Aaron to the ground. As Aaron is trying to fight this mystery man, he keeps saying strange things to Aaron. As they are fighting, another explosion goes off, shooting Aaron out the side of the mountain. When he lands he loses his right arm due to a boulder hitting it clean off.Then the Crowned prince Derek saves Aaron using shadow magic. As Derek and the team of shifters are tending to Aaron's wound, they see that Aaron has the tattoo of royalty. Now Derek and Aaron must team up to find and kill whoever caused the explosion.β¦
