Filo & Aquarius(Khiry) just met Naofumi & Raphtalia in a penguin suit.

Filo: Master!

Naofumi: We were wondering how long you guys have been down here.

Aquarius(Khiry): Well, get this. The place she took me has an hourglass!

Naofumi: No way!

Aquarius(Khiry): No joke!

Aquarius(Khiry) & Filo then led Naofumi to the underwater temple.

Khiry(Natarred): Off the coast of Cal Mira in an underwater temple, we found another dragon hourglass, alerting us to prepare for the incoming Wave. Once we found out that the next wave is in two days, we then used our teleport skill & returned to the capital. There, I explained things to Master Mirellia. She immediately gathered her army to prepare for the battle. It was clear that this Wave would most likely occur at sea. So now we've boarded our ships & were just waiting to be teleported to the Wave. Actually, Master Mirellia was the one who arranged for these ships. Unlike Trash Boat, she is a shrewd & effective leader.

Mirellia: I don't know how, but we made it.

Naofumi: Honestly, I'm impressed you managed to put together an army on such short notice.

Melty: Oh, it really wasn't a big deal. Preparing for the Waves is the royal family's responsibility.

Naofumi: What are you doing here?

Melty: Hmm? What's that supposed to mean? 

Naofumi: Uh--

Khiry: Melty is here because she is a part of your party.

Filo: I'm happy you're here. I'm always happy when I get to see you.

Filo then chuckles softly.

Melty: Aw, thanks, Filo. I feel the same.

Khiry then smiled.

Raphtalia: Do you think that the people of Cal Mira will be able to get off the island in time?

Mirellia: The Earl of Habenburg acted quickly. He's already finished evacuating all of the islanders. Besides, we have every reason to believe this Wave will be happening out at sea.

Khiry: So, now, we just have to worry about the battle.

Naofumi: You got a point, but we sure don't wanna get complacent.

Khiry: Yet, the other heroes still don't seem to wanna work together.

Mirellia: They seem to think leveling up at Cal Mira was enough.

Naofumi: Yeah, & thing might get even uglier.

Raphtalia: Master Naofumi.

Naofumi: Hmm?

Raphtalia: It's L'Arc & Therese!

Naofumi: They're fighting the Wave, too?

Melty: You know them?

Naofumi: Yeah. They helped us in Cal Mira.

Raphtalia: I'm glad they're on our side.

Naofumi: They're more reliable than the other heroes.

Melty then turns to Naofumi.

Melty: Wow. It's not often you put so much trust in other people.

L'Arc is focusing on the upcoming wave as everyone is waiting. The sands have run out & the bell tolls.

Mirellia: It will begin when we teleport. Everyone, prepare for battle!

The boats are being teleported to the wave. 

Naofumi: Great. Here we go!

The monsters are coming out of the portal as the knights are dumping explosive barrels.

Naofumi: What are those?

Khiry: Cask bombs. I helped them form the idea. They are made out of cohol fruit.

Naofumi: Hmm? Cohol fruit?

The fish are floating.

Naofumi: I get it. Concentrated alcohol affects monsters as much as people.

Atalanta: Ready... aim...

Atalanta commanded the knights with bow & arrow as they aimed. The knights then shoot at the monsters.

Itsuki: Do not let up. Keep on firing at them!

???: Sir Itsuki!

Atalanta: About time you pulled your weight.

There is a bigger monster fish heading towards the boat. Itsuki got his bow ready.

Itsuki: Meteor Shot!

Itsuki then fired his shot, but the monster fish went underwater & headed towards Ren's boat. It was a hit.

Ren: We can't hit it unless we get it out of the water!

Naofumi: Assassin! Filo!

Khiry: Got it!

Khiry then brought out Haley's Tear while Filo transformed back to her original self. Naofumi, Raphtalia & Khiry got on Filo's back.

Khiry: Aero!

Khiry then activates an air shield as Filo & Naofumi are in the water. We then swim to the monster. Khiry then pointed at the monsters & Naofumi then nodded.

Naofumi: Hate Reaction!

Naofumi's shield is generating hate as the monster is now heading toward Naofumi. Khiry then held on to the shell as Naofumi brought the fish into the air. The queen saw this as the heroes gasped.

Mirellia: This is it! Time to attack!

Itsuki: Meteor Shot!

Motoyasu: Meteor Thrust!

Ren: Meteor Slash!

Their attack didn't make a scratch as the monster growled & landed in the ocean.

Khiry: Seriously? Not a scratch?

Khiry then sees a glowing on the sphere. Before the attack Khiry then summoned a demonic katana & cut the sphere like butter, causing it to scream. Khiry then sees a bunch of monsters climbing the boat.

Khiry: Despite them being monsters, they are literally a fish out of water.

Khiry then jumped to see a monster heading towards Melty. Thunder Feather is in his mask mouth.

Khiry: Chidori Senbon!

Khiry creates countless sharp senbon that are fired at the enemy in quick succession. Khiry then landed next to Melty.

Khiry: You okay?

Melty: Yeah.

Khiry: I need to find a way to end that thing. Naofumi!

Naofumi heard Khiry call his name & nodded.

Naofumi: Filo!

Naofumi then jumped into the water as Khiry then jump to the top.

Khiry: I hope this works.

Khiry then used Electric Magic to create a Rasenshuriken with magnetic and sealing properties. Naofumi then flies upward as the monster.

Khiry: Erekutorikkumajikku: Magunettorirīsu rasen shuriken!

Khiry then throws a Magnetic Rasenshuriken at the monster, shocking it in place.

Filo: You can't show me up!

Naofumi: Go For it, Filo!

Filo yells as she then cuts the neck of the monster & she bounces on the rope.

Naofumi: Time to finish this!

Filo: Right! Spiral Strike!

Filo's kick under the jaw of the monster.

Therese: Bejeweled Thunderstorm! 

Therese then lightning to L'Arc's scythe, enhancing it with Lightning.

L'Arc: Combo Skill: Thunderbolt Wheel Swing!

L'Arc then launched the attack, finishing the job.

Mirellia: I've never seen such a remarkable display of strength! 

Khiry then landed on the monster along with L'Arc.

L'Arc: You know, you weren't gonna beat it alone with that weak-attack dagger.

Khiry: I know.

Motoyasu: Hey!

Khiry then sees the Motoyasu, Ren, Itsuki, & Naofumi on the monster.

Motoyasu: You & your friend here did a really good job.

Naofumi: What are you doing here?

Ren: We came for the drops obviously.

Itsuki: The items that the Wave monsters drop after the battle belong to all the heroes.

Khiry: If you put your back to it, then you would get something.

L'Arc: "Heroes"? That's your idea of a joke? Because no one's laughing. You weaklings can't protect a thing.

Motoyasu: Huh?

Raphtalia: The queen wants you to get rid of the remaining monsters.

L'Arc then went to attack the three heroes, only for the water dragon to show up & block it.

Itsuki: What the...?

Therese then joined L'Arc as he broke the water dragon as Naofumi & the rest of the group joined Khiry.

Khiry: You knew he was the Shield Hero, didn't you? One question, why?

L'Arc then scoffs.

L'Arc: I guess it's come down to this. It's simple really. For the sake of our world, you gotta die. For what it's worth, we've got nothing against you.

Therese: It's true. Please believe us. This is unfortunate especially after you were so kind, but we really do not have a choice.

Khiry: So, you want to kill us to prevent your world from being in danger... You don't mind a dead man asking you a few questions?

L'Arc: Sure.

Khiry: Question #1: You do realize that killing us with make this world go away?

L'Arc: We know. That's what we're going for.

Khiry: Then as heroes from another world, would you mind answering the next question? Have you ever thought about the consequences of your actions that will suffer you & your world?

Therese: What do you mean by that?

Khiry: Let's say, you did successfully kill us. That would put this world in danger. But will it help save your world? Clearly that should raise some questions on whether or not the only choice is the right choice.

L'Arc & Therese looked at each other as that question stomped them.

Khiry: You guys didn't think that through now, did you? Now then, question #3. Does your only choice make you a hero? Because that makes you & Glass villains.

L'Arc then smiled.

L'Arc: That's why we can't afford to lose. You understand, right? But if we're gonna fight, let's keep it fair & square! So get ready, Assassin Hero!

Khiry didn't say anything but looked at L'Arc. On the ship, Mirellia & Melty are looking as they believe they are turning against them.

Melty: This whole he's only been after Khiry?

Mirellia: I'm afraid we have no choice but to mark them as enemies of the heroes. Listen up, those adventures are hostiles. We will defend the heroes & bring those two down!

Soldiers: Ma'am!

Motoyasu: Okay, this isn't funny...

Ren then groans.

Khiry: You three, stay out of this!

The three of them didn't listen as they tried to attack L'Arc & Therese, but they failed.

Soldier: Attack!

The arrows are being shot as Therese makes a shield with her hand.

L'Arc: Therese!

Therese: Of course. Power of jewels far & wide, I beseech thee, heed my call. Come to me!

Khiry: Aero!

Khiry created an air shield as Therese's air was blowing hard, causing Naofumi to be blocked.

Therese: My name is Therese Alexanderite. My friends, be the force that destroys my targets for me! I cast Bejeweled Meterof Shower!

Meteors are falling from the skies, but they are destroyed before they hit the boat.

L'Arc: What the?!

Therese: I'm only making sure we aren't interrupted.

Khiry: I have never agreed on fighting 'fair & square,' L'Arc. I am going to use every advantage I can...

Khiry then brings out five daggers in his hand.

Khiry: ...to kill you, her, & Glass.

((DONE! THE THIRD WAVE IS STILL ACTIVE AS L'ARC & THERESE ARE GOING TO FIGHT KHIRY, BUT HE AIN'T GOING TO HOLD BACK. WILL HE SURVIVED THIS FIGHT? UNTIL THEN, STAY SHOCKING!!))
