Narrators POV,

The little child was playing with the plush in their grasp, playing with its ears as the car hummed down the road. The front seat, a mother with a tired expression but a wisp of excitement in her eyes. In the back, a child with an entire excited expression.

They could hardly sit still, as their destination was right at their grasp. 3 hours worth of chit chat, music playlists, and pit stops for snacks and breaks, but it would soon be worth it.

Soon enough, the building they were looking for, came into the mother's and the little child's view.

The child wanted to squeal but decided against it as they were in a car and could hurt their mothers ears. As the mother drove into the lot, rows upon rows of cars welcomed them. The mother looked for an empty place to stop and park but nothing was there.

Though as if a miracle, a parking lot was open as someone started to pull out. The mother took the chance quickly and rushed over to the space before anyone else, and slid into the parking lot and parking it.

The child looked up at the building, and saw its huge size. Banners draped over the walls and bright neon signs with names decorated the wall. As well as smaller posters on the front. It's like it came from a child's dream.

The mother called their name and pulled them out of their gaze from the building. Letting them now she was ready to go in.

The child released the seat belt from themselves and opened the doors as they dragged their plush with them.

Bouncing in their step, they followed their mother close behind while they held their plush tightly against them.

Now seeing the glass doors becoming larger the more they walked and they started to run ahead of their mother who simply glanced towards them before she pulled her wallet out of her purse and grabbing money out of it. The child waited for their mother to come up to the doors where they can go in.

As their mother walked up to the doors the child pushed the doors open and walked inside. Gazing at the decor around the lobby.

Blinding neon lights hung up high on the walls, tropical trees along a stair case and an escalator. As well as a giant golden statue that sat above a water fountain. Posters was scattered all along the walls as well as a gift shop and a restaurant.

The child's mother called their name to get their attention and gestured to follow her. The child followed her, but was still looking around the building in amazement. The child's mother walked up to a desk with several people behind it.

Their mother talked with the staff employee who gave her a card while they took the money she offered to them with a quick thank you. The mother sighed before nodding and gently grasped the child's hand and going over to the gates.

She let the child's hand go and placed the card on the black screen before taking it back after it made a short ding and the doors opened.

The child was the first to step forward into the new area and as they gazed along the walls of the lobby they were starstruck.

Their mother let them know that they could only do two things. Which upsetted them a bit but they shook it off and nodded before looking around. The posters were advertising games and attractions on the second floor. Their mood shifted into excitement again as they told their mother they wanted to go up to the second floor. Their mother nodded as they headed to the second floor.
