It's been a few months since Arjun and Rukmika have been regularly exchanging letters. Right now he was pacing back and forth in frontyard of Lakshagriha.

Her letters were the only escape from the grimm life of Varnavart, where they were in constant worry of Purochan setting the fire on palace if they lose their guard. It will take a while for the tunnel to be completely ready.

Bheem came there to invite Arjun for dinner and saw his restless state.

"Arjun, what happened ?" Bheem asked keeping a hand over his shoulder.

"The letter is not here yet. If she has written me a letter then it should've reached me a week ago." Arjun said.

"Maybe the messenger is finding some trouble in his way." Bheem guessed.

"It cannot be. The path from here to Vidarbh is clear. And the letter always reaches on time." Arjun said.

"Oh Mahadev Arjun. Why are you becoming so restless over a letter ?" Bheem asked.

"Her letters are my only happiness at the moment Bhratashree. They are more intoxicating than the Somras of Devraj Indra. The more we exchange the more I crave." Arjun said.

Bheem frowned at that, Arjun looked at him with a small smile and shook his head.

"When you will fall in love then you'll come to know what I feel." Arjun said.

"Yeah whatever." Bheem rolled his eyes.

"Now come and have dinner." Bheem said.

"I am not hungry." Arjun said looking at the gates of the palace again.

"But you didn't even had lunch. Come and eat brother, you will fall weak otherwise." Bheem said.

"Fine." Arjun sighed and went with Bheem to have dinner.

Even while eating the food he was wondering why the letter from Rukmika hadn't come till now. But how could it ? She was facing two problems.

First was Rukmi, who was very adamant against her sending letters to Arjun, he was fearing the love that was about to blossom between them.

"I said you will not send him a letter again then you will not !" Rukmi said.

"Don't drag me into the plans of your revenge Bhrata ! I am very well aware why you are doing this !" Rukmika said.

"Then support me Rukmika like a good sister should !" Rukmi said.

"I am a good sister and therefore I am telling you that revenge from Dwarikadheesh is not a right decision. Now you be a good brother and leave me alone !" Rukmika said.

"FINE ! BUT REMEMBER I SHALL NEVER LET YOU MARRY THAT KURUVANSHI !" Rukmi yelled and stomped out.

Rukmika sighed and then went to her desk where the letter that Arjun had recently sent her was lying. Now she faced her second problem.

'What should I write ?' Rukmika wondered.

By each letter exchanged, Rukmika was finding it harder and harder to express her feelings, and not blurt it out.
