*Y/N POV*

'Someone is in my room' I thought to myself pretending to be asleep. I felt their presence move closer to the bed. I took a breath in and instantly recognized Tae's scent. I recognized his scent from being in his room yesterday.

I felt my bed dip a little and I froze, tensing up before I even realized it. "Why do you do that" He asked sounding slightly frustrated and way too close.

"Do what?" I grumbled out as opened an eye to see what Tae was doing. My other eye shot open when I realized how close he was. Surprised, I moved to put some space between us when suddenly there was no more bed beneath me, I felt my eyes widen and I glanced at Tae, whose eyes had also widened as he watched me disappear from sight. I landed on the floor with a thud.

I cannot keep falling out of bed, I cannot be making a good impression. I heard a chuckle from the doorway, to see Yoongi and Jimin standing here.

"Good morning," I groaned out as I rolled over and got to my feet. Taehyung just stared at me before asking his question again, "Why do you tense up whenever anyone gets close or tries to initiate skin ship with you?"

I raised an eyebrow, surprised that he had noticed. "I think I should answer that question in front of everyone, if you noticed than I am sure others noticed and would like to know the answer also Taehyung."

He nodded in agreement, "You don't have to call me Taehyung, you can call me Tae or another nickname if you want." He said as he bounced off the bed and started to the doorway.

"I will be out in 20 minutes." He nodded and waved over his shoulder before shutting the door behind him.

I showered thinking back to last night. I was able to try so many different Korean dishes and ate way too much. We watched a couple movies, making lame jokes and adding our commentary to one of them that was a little slow before we finally called it a night. I know why Tae was questioning me because all throughout the night some of the guys had tried cuddling up with me or leaning on me during the movies and I tensed up every single time. I knew that there was no harm in the nearness and the skin ship, but I wasn't used to it at all. I sighed and I quickly hopped out of the shower.

Drying off I quickly did my skin care routine, put some tinted BB cream on my face, swiped on some mascara and was pretty much ready to go. My hair was still damp, but I was hoping to borrow a ball cap from someone so wasn't too worried about it.

Pulling my phone out, I checked the temps. Autumn was drawing near and I really wished I had some hoodies to choose from right now. I looked down at my black skinny, ripped jeans and grey t-shirt.

I wandered out of my room and realized quickly I was the last one up. "Excuse me?" I called out trying to get everyone's attention it.

Everyone turned to me from where they were, while I hovered in the hallway. "Would anyone be willing to lend me a hoodie to wear?" I asked before continuing on, "I promise to give it back once I get some of my own."

Yoongi and JK stood up after looking over my outfit and started walking down the hallway. I followed them both and noticed that their rooms were located across from each other. I stood in the hallway waiting for both of them to come back, which they did at the same time holding out black hoodies.

"Keep it." They both said at the same time before staring at each other.

"Uh okay, if you are sure." I said eyeing them both.

"You have seen Tae's closet... we have more clothes than we know what to do with." Yoongi said waving off my comment.

JK added, "Noona, you can borrow anything from closet if you want."

I raised an eyebrow at the both of them before jokingly suggesting, "Maybe I should just go shopping in everyone's closets..." I looked at them but they both seemed to be seriously thinking it.

"Guy's I am kidding. None of your pants or jeans will fit this ass and hips," I stated before turning and wandering back into my room. I laid out both hoodies. One had a small Supreme logo, and another was a Fila hoodie. JK's was bigger than Yoongi's but I would swim in both of them. I grabbed JK's hoodie and put it on before looking at myself in the mirror. My hands disappeared into the sleeves and I smiled at myself as I flapped my arms, the empty sleeves hitting the sides of my thighs.

I giggled and walked out, noticing JK coming out of his room again. "Do you have a ballcap I can borrow too?" I asked.

I was going to try and keep my identity on the down low since it seemed I was surprisingly popular in Korea. JK looked me up and down, happy to see you in his hoodie. He gave his infamous bunny smile to me as he watched me flap the empty sleeves around me, which make me smile widely at him. I walked to his room when he disappeared into it. He grabbed a solid black ballcap before coming over to me and placing it on my head. I carefully fixed my hair, pulling pieces of hair here and there, before wandering back out into the living room.

All eyes turned to me as I entered the living room and watched as I flapped my sleeves around as I made a beeline to the couch to plop down next to Namjoon peering at the newspaper he was reading. There was an article heading that caught my attention, "US Anomaly HIRED." Apparently, BigHit had released an announcement quickly that I was to become a bodyguard for BTS, but if time allowed, I could also work as a bodyguard to other BigHit groups depending on schedules. I leaned back thinking it all over before glancing at my watch. It was 1030am. My eyes widened; I had slept way late.

"Uh, Tae? Are we still going shopping?" I asked turning around in my seat to be able to look over the back of the couch, as they were both at the kitchen bar talking about something.

"Yes, we are and Hobi is joining us," Tae said before continuing on, "But I think you need to spill the beans on your aversion to skin ship before we go anywhere."

I stood up and moved to a part of the room so that I could see everyone. "It isn't that I have an aversion to skin ship, it's just that..." I trailed off searching for the proper words to describe why skin ship, affection, and compliments directed at me seemed to throw me off balance and cause me tense up.

"How familiar is everyone with the Anomaly program within the US?" I asked instead. A few shook their heads, a couple made iffy noises, and Namjoon just nodded.

"In the US, when an Anomaly is born, they are taken from their parents and raised with a family that is either military or close to the government. I was raised by a military couple, I called them Sir or Ma'am, they made me well aware that I was not their child and they were not my mother and father. I was just another job for them." I said as I looked at each person. "I was raised to fight, grow my skills, powers, and intellect. To be the best of the best, thus I was raised coldly, like I was a machine. I did not receive hugs or cuddles all my life. I do not know what love is." I took a breath because it hurt to actually say out loud, before continuing on. "I was told over and over again that I am just an Anomaly, that is all I will ever be. I hated them and I hated myself for being the Anomaly. Nothing changed even in my adulthood, no one got close to me and if people tried, it was because I was the Anomaly. I was awarded because I am the Anomaly and I survived, sometimes barely, but survived none the less. I am... was, nothing but a tool to be used," I glanced at Tae who was staring at me with a soft look.

"I want to accept your affection, your friendship, and to become comfortable with skin ship. There are times that I want to initiate skin ship with your guys but am terrified it will not be accepted and I will be pushed away. I hope that you guys know that I am comfortable and absolutely adore you all. I WILL learn that it is okay to let my guard down and to enjoy your company as much as it seems you enjoy mine." I finished off while looking at them all. This is me, Jimin, Tae and Jin moved towards me to embrace me in a group hug. More people joined but I couldn't tell who was where, as I was surrounded by giants. As people stepped way Jin was left with his hands on my shoulders.

"Oh, my dear Y/N." He started, "Please know that we are here for you, that you don't have to push yourself with us. We all want to know more about you, not you the Anomaly, but you that is Y/N. In the noticeably short time we have been together, we have seen glimpses of the self you keep hidden away; your laugh, your smile, your little happy dances for food, you are adorable, and we figure that in time you will show that you are a goofball like the rest of us. You are always welcome here, this is your home now, I hope that you learn what love is with us and that we are not just employer and employee."

I stared at Jin before looking at Namjoon, and he nodded. I looked at the rest of the guys they all nodded. I wanted to cry, but I pushed it down before launching myself into Jin's arms. I hugged him and he held me tightly, it felt like everything broken inside was being squeezed back together.

I loosened my grip on him and he put me back down on my feet. I looked around at every one, I guess it is time for me to tell my story. I glanced at Hobi and smiled softly. "Guys, maybe tonight we can sit down, have some drinks and I will answer some of your questions that I can tell you want to ask me. How's that sound?" I asked and felt my smile grow when Hobi smiled at me.

"Sounds great to me. Now that we got that all out of the way let's go shopping." Tae said a bit more excitedly. I grinned, excited to get the show on the road, before I saw Jimin gazing at me with soft eyes filled with an emotion I did not recognize at all.
