Kancolle the Movie

Plot:

The series features Fubuki as the main character with the storyline based on her point of view. In a world where humanity faces the threat of the abyssal fleet which has taken over the seas, special human girls who don weaponised human outfits and posses the spirit of historic naval vessels known as kanmusu are the only ones capable of countering them. The kanmusu live together in a naval base, where they spend their everyday lives as they train for battle.
Fubuki arrives at the naval base and meets other girls who she will fight alongside. Despite lacking adequate combat training, she is recommended into the Third Torpedo Squadron by the admiral and quickly finds herself sortied into battle. Upon being rescued by Akagi in a dangerous situation, Fubuki strives her best in order to train with the hopes of being eventually able to fight alongside Akagi.

Kancolle the Movie
With the seas under constant threat from the hostile Abyssal Fleet, a special naval base is established to counter them. Rather than standard naval weaponry however, the base is armed with Kanmusu girls who harbour the spirits of Japanese warships, possessing the ability to don weaponised gear that allows them to harness the powerful souls within them. Fubuki a young destroyer type Kanmusu joins the base as a new recruit unfortunately for her despite her timid and inexperience nature is assigned to the famous Third Torpedo Squadron and quickly thrust into the heat of battle. When she is rescued from near annihilation the rookie warships resolves to become as strong as the one who saved her.
