I laughed out loud, "I'm such a big fan of C:5 and you guys didn't even know!" 

Houjin laughed nervously, "You're kidding me..." 

I shook my head, "not even an ounce!" 

Houjin translated and everyone's faces changed to half surprise and half embarrassment. 

Donghai spoke something in Chinese, pointing at Jianyu. 

Jianyu nodded and turned to me. "So... Am I your favourite member then?" 

I nodded shyly, looking at my hands. 

He laughed a little, "I'm honoured!" The other boys broke out into chatter in Chinese and I looked up again, watching their reactions. Houjin got up and went towards the door that Tao had gone into. 

"I'll see if he'll listen to me," he said to me and I nodded.

After about ten minutes, Houjin came out without Tao. He came and stood by us. "Tao said he'll come out in a minute." 

I smiled at him, "Thank you!" 

He nodded and went over to the refrigerator, pulling out a few waters. "I think we need to show our extra special fan some of the new choreo..." 

He winked at me and started giving out orders in Chinese to the C:5 members. They all got up and assembled on the dance floor. I got up and went over to the far side of the room, leaning my back on the mirror. 

Donghai gave me his phone with an unlabeled track up on the screen. He then ran back to the group who had assembled on the floor in a shape, Donghai as the center. Houjin nodded to me and I pressed the play button.

The song came pouring out of the speakers and the mood of the room flipped around. 

It went from happy and silly boys to serious badasses. They had a new creepier spin on this comeback that I really liked. It really showed a new side of them. Jianyu and Houjin had a really impressive rap part together with a little Donghai edition at the end, leading into the chorus. The vocalists were also amazing, Guangli hitting some really nice high notes and Junjie keeping a perfect melody throughout the song. The dancing was pretty creepy. Some cool slow motion acts, an intense chorus and a special Guangli and Donghai dance duo section. 

After the song ended, I clapped hard, giving a standing ovation for the boys. They bowed towards me as a sign of thanks. Smirking, I walked forward into the group of sweaty boys. 

"I gotta know. What it's called. Like, right now."
