Delios is a Papyrus that was created by the Astral Mother, meant to be loyal to his brother, Ares, also known as Omnipotent!Sans.

Backstory:

Delios was created just like Undyne but was designed to be all-powerful to keep others from rising against them. The only way to do this however was to inject the living lifeblood into Delios himself not only making him the most Alphatale like characters that could ever live but also making him pretty much a demi-god to others who didn't have his similar traits or strengths. Once he was created his first task was to defeat Undyne and the Humans which he did with little effort.

Delios later on once Jacob and Ares arrived would be tasked with taking care of Ares's every need. Delios fought a lot and that meant he needed someone to train with, He came across Red who seemed to need some training themselves so he began to spar and train Red until they too were close to what Delios was. Delios during AlphaTale's destruction decided to embark on his quest before everything went to hell, so he wouldn't be there to help anyone who needed him.

However, although Alphatale was destoryed, a Polothorn of MalesGrow, going by the name of Ten No Kami, revived him, along with most of the other members of the Alphatale AU, which allowed Omnipotent and Area to reunite with one another, although he deeply hated Infected due to what he has become. In spite of this, Omnipotent and Delios, due to their close relationships, became inseparable, with Aurora and Lucy, the other 2 most important people in his life, also joining in with Delios due to having been revived as well. And this time, Delios does not plan to let them go from his life again.

Appearance:

Delios appears to be a tall skeleton with a brown scarf and body Armour. He also has the Astral Mother brand on his right side of his armor.

Personality:

Delios still has many traits of what makes Delios a Papyrus, but with a tad of a darker tone to his character. He had began to change his tone as a person due to his involvement in everything, and found his life to be quite meaningless as he went about his time, only training and the occasional timeline mix up. Delios has always been jealous of his brothers for their ability to gain the Astral Mother's affection so he shut himself away from them alot of the time.

Powers and Abilities:

Bone shards: Delios can shatter thousands of bones and turn them into shards of bone, only to fling thousands of those shards right back his opponent causing massive and permanent damage.

Bone Tower: Delios can build a Tower of bones around his opponent and then sending it falling on their head dealing a massive amount of damage.

AlphaTale Meteor: Delios can rip whole chunks of land out of the ground or anywhere really and build them up with bones and blasters alike until they reach an unimaginable size, to which he then sends it hurling down.

Alpha Blaster: This Blaster was imbued with pure alphaTale code and would only do incredible damage to those with it. (Original info: Deals an astonishing 900 to 4,000 damage.)

Alpha Resistance: Enables Delios to survive any attack so long as he's still connected to Ten no Kami

Damage Exchange: If Delios survives a large attack he has the ability to dish it back 30x Stronger than what he got hit with.

Hammers of Jealousy and Resentment: Delios can equip two large bone hammers that both weigh over 30 tons much to heavy for a normal man, They were a gift from Ten themself and allowed Delios to end whole wars so long as he fueld them with the proper emotions. The Hammer of Jealousy can wipe out hundreds of enimes and does loads of physical damage while the Hammer of Resentment does Physical and psychological damage and can cause those it comes into contact with to commit suicide or give up on their lives entirely.

Transformations:

Thor: Thor is a fusion of Omnipotent!Sans and Delios. The fusion takes more on Delios' appearance, in which he is a Papyrus that wears a light brown scarf with cyan and yellow marks on his battle body. Thor always keeps a stone cold face on him at all times, he sort of acts like Omni, showing almost no personality at all though this is quite the opposite. Thor in fact does care for the many people he comes across. This is used as a partial substitute for the Omnithorn state, so Omnipotent doesn't kill himself when using it.

Surtur: Thor has a magical hammer made out of bones called Surtur that he gained from Islothorn when Omnipotent!Sans and Delios first fused into Thor. Surtur allows him to conduct electricity into his hammer and fire out a powerful blast of lightning straight from the hammer.

Atmospheric Thunder: Thor has full control over the atmosphere of any planet, allowing him to create dangerous storms that could possibly shake the very planet it's unleashed upon.

Enhanced Combat: Thor has mastered many types of martial arts, due to the combined experiences of Delios and Ares. His hand to hand combat is almost unbeatable by anyone who dares challenge him.

Electrifying Cloak: Thor can strike lightning onto his hammer, Surtur, and surround his body in lightning, enhancing his physical abilities and electrifying anyone who touches Thor.

Flight: Thor can use his hammer, Surtur, to fly by spinning it and throwing the hammer while holding onto it.

Hammer Reconstruction: Thor has the ability to completely reconstruct his hammer, Surtur, into any weapon he so desires as long as he strikes his hammer with lightning.

Damage Exchange: Much like Delios, If Thor survives a large attack he has the ability to dish it back 40x Stronger than what he got hit with.

Mjölnir Blaster: Thor can summon a blaster that fires pure electricity, which can scatter all over and cause immense wide destruction to those caught in it.

Relationships:

The Astral Mother: Delios has been ignored by the Astral Mother, due to the fact that he never uses his strength that much, and thus considers him a waste. But Delios cares little about that or what the Astral Mother thinks.

Quenya: Delios and Quenya get along a little bit well with one another, although he is banned from her home, due to reasons unknown, although it is possible that the Astral Mother had something to do with that. Despite this, Delios and Quenya never stopped getting along.

Omnipotent!Sans: Delios is exceptionally loyal and kind to Ares, who the Astral Mother created Delios for, and thus is the only one he prefers to get along with in contrast with anyone else. He also follows Omnipotent!Sans like a loyal servant and is always there to be with him in order to aid him with the tasks that are at hand, even if they're dangerous.

Infected: The brother of Ares, Delios despises Jacob for what he has become, and this made it his personal goal to bring him down, no matter what it takes.

Error404 and Alpha: Delios is envious of Error404 and Alpha, due to the fact that they held their pride in their own strength, but Delios did not. However, he began to hold onto it and began to bond with them both, which allows him to use his strength a bit more often than back before.

100: The eldest brother of Error404 and Alpha, Delios despises and hates 100, more then he hates Infected, but knows that he cannot do much against him, due to the fact that most of his powers are useless against him, and 100 is far to strong for him to be able to defeat one on one.

Warlock: The eldest brother of Omnipotent and Infected, Delios sees Warlock as a very strange being of some sort, but as he is on Omnipotent's side and Omnipotent can translate for him, Delios is able to get along with Warlock to an extent, even if he seeks to be a rather strange entity to converse with. He does eventually began to learn from Omnipotent to know what it is that Warlock is trying to say to him.

Bio-Conduit of Monarchy, King Multiverse: Delios does not think much of King Multiverse, seeing him only as a servant to Error404, which made King Multiverse a little bit mad, but they do gain a degree of respect to one another, during the time when the Astral Mother and 100 attacked the Omega Timeline, as well as a sibling of Ten No Kami.

Aurora: The love interest of Delios, this ghost, who has take over the body of a robot, which is created by the Astral Mother, has a crush on Delios, due to his more positive personality traits.

Lucy: Lucy and Delios are mentor and apprentice to one another. Although when the Astral Mother found out about this, she forced Delios to cast Lucy away. Despite this, Delios does train her for one last time, in order to prepare her for the outside world, as Lucy left Delios on good terms. Even in current times, Delios and Lucy get along, with Lucy thinking of Delios as a father figure.

Cruel to Kind!Ten no Kami: Both Delios and Ten no Kami get along very well, especially since Ten no Kami is very close to Ares, his brother, and he resurrected him and the others, in order to reunite with them again. Because of this, both Ten no Kami and Delios possess one of the closest bonds that they have to one another, only surpasses by Ares' bond with her.

Bio-Conduit of Pre-Eminence, Merus: Delios met Merus when Omnipotent introduced Delios to him when they were in Yesmerian's planet, with Merus taking a liking to Delios. Merus and Delios get along a little well, with Merus even requesting Delios to hang out with him sometimes, which makes Delios a little bit nervous, but for Omnipotent, who went through all of the trouble to show him, he decides to oblige by Merus' request, and began to like hanging out with him, growing fond of the Bio-Conduit as time went on.

Delios never bonded with his brothers except for Ares.

Delios would follow Ares nearly everywhere.

Delios didn't much take part in any events or go anywhere.

Delios spent a lot of time in the MTT resort.

Red is the unknown Apprentice to Delios, but once The Astral Mother found out had him cast her away.

The Astral Mother deemed Delios a waste since he never used his strength that much and ignored him for many years.

Delios got in many fights with his brothers and others.

Delios was banned from Quenya's home.

Delios once had a student and that student was Red.

Delios was the most prone to violence when it came to confrontations.

Delios is in a relationship with Aurora.
