This character has a father that is from a different Multiverse that is not related to Undertale or it's AUs, but from another franchise wthat is canon and well known.

The power of Existence is in my very hands.-Baldur

Baldur is an entity of pure immense power, and is one of the strongest entities to exist, his mother is the Astral Mother, while his Father exists in an different Multiverse, with the father simply called, the Scarlet King.

Backstory:

The Astral Mother, she was many things in life. She is the strongest monster of Alphatale, the queen and royal scientist of the Underground, and is a remorseless monster with no concern for the lives of others, not even of her own sons. She always treated everything, even living beings, as an experiment for her to use on. She experimented and made Delia's, Quenya, and consider every being before her as a part of her science projects, without any care of Joe they feel or of what happens to them, as long as she gets the results that she desires to gain from this. And unfortunately, not even her own sons were safe from her remorseless behavior, as she also does her own experiments on them, mostly on her adoptive son, Frisk, and less on her other adoptive son, Ares. She has even experimented on Samson with Determination in order to revive him, and even has shown to bare some dislike to her children, with the child that she hates the most being her own middle son, Willliam, who would one day become known as the Gos of the Multiverse, Error404.

She has even made a few entities for herself to make, such as Grimm, an entity that has a resemblance to Nightmare, except Red, and is even able to absorb and feed on negativity just line Nightmare, as well as having a very tough defense to break through. She has also made an entity named Spaz, who uses Knives in combat, and can transfer a fatal injury to someone that he knows of, and has even made an Alphatale version of Betty, although the Betty experiment was imperfect and is flawed, due to Betty one day becoming blind after some years have passed. And this is despite the fact that she has been made to surpass the original Betty, even though she has far less powers compared to the entity that she is based and referenced from, which is outright ridiculous.

However, the Astral Mother also had an artifact of great importance, and it is an artifact known as the Book of Eyes, which acts as a gateway to the realm above the Multiverse known as Reality 1, known by its true name as the TransVoid, and inside of the TransVoid, there existed the entities inside of them called Beings, and they are shown to be immensely powerful, so much that they are too much of a threat to he let loose in the outside world, and it is even more deadly, due to the existence of the Unnameables, which are far more dangerous than the TransVoid Beings.

But there also exist a species known as the Polothorn, and they are entities that are born between the Union of a TransVoid Being, and something else that is not inside of the TransVoid, such as a mortal human. And in this case, she caught the attention of a Polothorn simply known as Ten No Kami, who is the daughter of a TransVoid Being named MalesGrow, a giant squid Being that has a single red eye on his body, and desires to become an Unnameable, even wishing to consume his own children, just to make himself much more stronger than ever before. And Ten No Kami, she watches as the Astral Mother does her experiments, and the Astral Mother does seem to be similar to Ten No Kami, who cares about what it is that she is making for herself, and nothing else, and because of this, Ten No Kami decides to use her powers in order to impregnate the Astral Mother.

After very long months, the Astral Mother was able to give birth to an entity known as Apollo, who is a hybrid of a Polothorn and a Skeleton monster, which the Astral Mother is. The entity was immense in that it has the power of posseing cosmic awareness and being able to even rearrange the molecules of the universe, this was all recorded when the child was at the supposed age of "3 months". The child grew to possess features from Ten and the Astral Mother. after 3 years of watching the child Apollo began to ascend dimensional planes making it unbound from them along with it now being over the totality of dimensions and reality itself. However the child never left Astral or Ten's sides as it still felt connected to them and remained by their side. Eventually after 5 more years past the entity Apollo would leave them and takes its place in a dimension of its own making.

And of course, the Astral Mother cared very little, especially since the chime surpasses both Ten No Kami and herself, and cared more for her experiments. She looks and sees the Alternate Universes, and even saw a couple of universes that intrigue her, such as Poketale and SCPtale, both of which are Undertale Universes that fused with a Universe from a different Multiverse to make something new. But as the Astral Mother is not interested and in fact, is against such things, thinking of them as a waste of time, she decides to ignore them and does not continue her studies in hybrid AUs.

But what the Astral Mother did not know, is that the Hybrid AUs are more than its fusions to different planes of existences, they are also gateways to the the other Multiverses that had lead to the creation of the Hybrid AUs, and unfortunately for the Alphaverse, an entity that uses the AU of SCPtale was able to notice this, and it is an entity of frighting power, far immense than even Ten No Kami herself. It is an entity that desires the destruction of all of existence and erase all born from light. It is simply known as, the Scarlet King, an Old God from the SCP Multiverse, that uses the hybrid AU of SCPtale in order to cross over to the Underverse, and he lives in his own Multiverse, called the SCPverse, and seeing the Alphaverse, it is going to be used as a snack to enhance his powers in order to try and fulfill his goals.

When the Astral Mother notices the Scarlet King, and realizes that he is about attack Alphatale, she decides to go out to fight him, and even has to use all of her most powerful forms in order to stand a chance against him, and even than, barely held her ground against the Dark God. But the Scarlet King, when he saw just how powerful she is in her strongest forms, smiled, as he realizes that she can impregnate her in order to try and make a very powerful child for himself to have, one that will end all of existence. And thus, when the Astral Mother tried to attack him, the Scarlet King used his power to take a piece of the Astral Mother in her Beldam form, and forced the fused essences into her body, before forcing her out of her transformation after using his full power, and left the Alphaverse, as the Astral Mother got back up and began to try and recover from the fight that she had against the dark god. But she looked own at her stomach, and touched it, and it did not take long for the Astral Mother to realize what the Scarlet King had done. He had used her own essence in her strongest form and his essence in order to try and make something else. She checked, and sure enough, something is growing inside her.

And because of this, the Astral Mother became very weary of what the child would do, especially since the father is from a Multiverse that is different from the one that the Astral Mother resides in, as the Multiverse he is from is just as powerful, if not even more so than the Multiverse that the Astral Mother is in.

The Astral Mother looked at her stomach, and she touched it, as she felt the power of her own child inside of her, and the child, the power that she is feeling is ginormous, and is almost feeling like it is without limit, just as much, if not more so compared to her own son, Apollo, from Ten No Kami. But even so, she waited for the child to be born, so that she can see what it can do.

After what must have been months slightly longer than with Apollo, the child within her is finally born, with the child she named as, Baldur. The child itself has the combined features of both the Astral Mother and the Scarlet King, such as gaining the Scarlet King's horns, the Astral Mother's hair, the combined body of both, and possesses powers that are immense for even a child to be born in a way like this.

Baldur, her newest spawn, appears to possess an advanced form of Cosmic Awareness, even more so than Apollo, possibly to the point that he has Hyper Awareness, and is capable of doing magic that no other monster are capable of doing. Namely, he has power over blood and memories, such as making people forget how to use their weapons or how to use their machines, he can sense and feel negative feelings from others, is capable of manipulate Space N' Time, and is capable of manipulating Apocalyptic Forces, showing himself to be a very destructive child to have. And like Apollo, the child is able to feel born the Astral Mother and the Scarlet King, despite the fact that he is inside of a different Multiverse, and is not present inside of the Alphaverse. And than, the day came, the day where the destruction of Alphatale happened.

As Baldur went out of the lab, at the age of 7, he is able to see the fight between Infected, the Astral Mother's adopted son, such she kidnapped, and Error404, the Astral Mother's true son, who is fighting against him. And the Astral Mother, she had no idea of the fact that Baldur is out. And so, when the destruction is about to happen, Baldur, in his fear, used his powers and escaped from Alphatale, so that he can avoid being killed by the destruction of the AU that he resided in for his whole life, and now desires to get away from it. But in doing this, he teleported to a different AU that he has not seen before, one that he does not even recognize. This made Baldur surprised, as he has not seen an AU such as this before, and thus, has a strong desire to know more. And it is there that he gets to be able to see an AU denizen for the first time. And this made Baldur stunned, because whine he may possess Hyper-Awareness, he has nor developed this power to the point that he is able to know which AU he is in. And thus, he got a little bit nervous, and he accidentally teleported someplace else, to the TransVoid itself, where he is met by Yesmerian. And Yesmerian, realizing who the father is and needing to act fast, came to child and vows to take him in. This made Baldur nervous, but he agrees, as he decides to go with Yesmerian, and be helped by her.

He learned how to control his powers, and he learned of what he is, as well ad the fact that he still has his connection with the Astral Mother, who is still alive, and the Scarlet King, who is inside of his Multiverse, as well as the reality that he is in, and yet, he is such a dangerous threat to the many Multiverses that exist out there.

And finally, after 12 years of being with Yesmerian, he decides to leave, as he teleports and goes into a realm he created.

Appearance:

Baldur had the combined appearance of bond the Scarlet King and the Astral Mother. This means that he has the Astral Mother's long hair, and the Scarlet King's horns, as well as having both of their eye color, although he mainly has a red iris and pink pupils inside of his eyes. He also has a third eye on his forehead, and as an adult, he is very tall, with very long hair, at the height of 9 feet, and has the Astral Mother's cold expression on his face, although his behavior is anything but stern like his mother. He is wearing a black jacket that reaches down to his ankles and a red shirt, as well as black pants, with his body being skeletal on his arms and his legs and torso being normal, although he does have black skin/bone color, which is from the Scarlet King. His fingers also pink, with red tips ending in claws.

Personality:

Baldur is a rather apathetic individual. He doesn't care what happens to other around him, not even himself  that much, as what happens to himself such as getting hurt, he will simply get rid of it right away. But despite his careless behavior, he is capable of forming genuine relationships with other people, such as with Yesmerian and Zero, and while he does not care for his own existence that much, the only exception would be if he is about to be consumed or erased from existence, along with everything else, and thus, due to the Scarlet King's desire to kill everything and end everything, he will always try to make sure that he is not found by the Scarlet King, so that he does not get controlled and used as a pawn to destroy all of creation.

Powers/Abilities:

As he is the son of 2 extremely powerful entities, Baldur is an incredibly powerful spawn with colossal nigh-supreme power, and thus, he is one of the most dangerous entities to ever be born.

Abyssal Light: Baldur can manipulate, generate, control, absorb and spread abyssal light - the combination of his two conflicting heriteges colliding into one mess of an element. Abyssal Light possesses the endless light energy and unimaginably large eldritch proportions of his genetic progenitors while also adding his own developed powers to it. It is an element that surpasses nearly all else, except for those that are above his power.

Madness Inducement: If Baldur desires to, by being on his presence, he can induce a dangerous form of madness to other people. He can drive them to the point of insanity and is able to deteriorate their mental health. However, he can also reverse the process, but only if he desires for it.

Reverse Effect: Baldur is able to reverse the effects of an occurrence into forming the opposite results. For example, if something harmful happens to the user, such as getting punched in the face, the user receives positive effects from that outcome and feels pleasure and vigor as opposed to pain and damage.

Apocalyptic Force Manipulation: Baldur is able to control an incredibly dangerous force, the one that causes all of existence to end. Apocalyptic force does not mean they need to necessarily destroy, just end a universal cycle making it the representation of end or omega. He can truly tamper with the end power of existence and terminate any universal cycle, creating absolute chaos.

Anti-World: Baldur can create malformed versions of worlds on a multiversal scale. Creating a second multiverse filled with an infinite collection of blasphemous and chaotic realities. a verse formed of every fear and bad decision ever made or dreamt, a verse made up of every possible horror imaginable and grows more powerful with every evil action, bad thought or sin from the original multiverse and it's inhabitants. This verse literally feeds and thrives off "everything wrong".

Memory Manipulation: Balsur is able to manipulate the memories of other people. For example, he is able to make a person forget how to use a firearm, even though they had practiced how to use it for a very long time.

Blood Manipulation: Baldur is able to manipulate blood into however he wants it to be. He can make weapons out of blood, either from himself or from other people, or can use it in other ways, such as turning his own body into blood, just so he can appear elsewhere.

Time N' Space Control: Baldur can manipulate Time n Space around him, slowing down some things to a complete stand still or even being able to shatter whole parts of space itself. It is also able to mess with the concept of time within other realities, to where he can slow things down to a almost standstill like movement where characters believe their reaching him when in reality they couldn't be none the wiser.

Instantaneous Movement: Baldur moves so fast that it appears where it wants to be instantly, almost sometimes so fast it can appear to be in two places at once to some people.

Full Presence: Baldur, in his normal form, generates an ungodly-like presence that cripples' anyone to the point of fear and helplessness.

Unkillable Aura: With all of existence in his body, Baldur is unkillable in this state seeing as she can resurrect from nothing. Baldur negates death and is entirely immune to most sources of damage, besides his physical body tanking damage.

Black Star Bombs: He can create black suns can annihilate anything.

Primordial Darkness: Baldur can manipulate the Darkness within the realm called the Darkness-Below, to preform horrifyingly powerful feats of immense might, such as making shadow tendrils and is able to travel through shadows.

Soul Attack: Baldur uses his powers to stretch the opponent's soul out to an unbearable scale, causing the soul to almost fracture or even break, causing the opponent to submit or die. This attack is even more severe than the Astral Mother's power.

Destruction Orb: Baldur is able to see the orb that the Astral Mother has made, and used his own power to replicate its affects and abilities, although it is much more dangerous. This orb was created to destroy almost anything that wasn't stronger than the orb. The orb is said to hold an entire Void inside it, and when used will suck up and destroy any things in its way.

Creation's Hand: Baldur is able to travel to the AU that the Astral Mother went to, and learned the meaning of life and the true meaning of death there. He spent much time there and was taught how to bring things back to life, such as people and smaller objects. He even learned how to make whatever he desires with just his own mind.

Pure Hatred + Fear = Terror: This ability allows Baldur to shoot beams of pure terror at the opponent he is facing, causing them to die of pure fear if their will is weak enough and body as well.

Gen: Gen is an ability used to kill Pieces of code that has been replicated more than once.

Abyssal Ray: Baldur has the power to fire a ray that is more potent and more powerful than even the Alpha Ray and the God Ray combined.

Abyssal Ray First Shot: The Alpha Ray was an attack similar to the God Ray to where you need simple to hold out your finger shoot out a blast through the tip of it. This attack if it hit any living person would cause near instant corruption, rendering the target to be under the control of the one that fired it.

Abyssal Ray Second Shot: If this shot makes contact with a living person that person would die instantly with no struggle or afterthought, instantaneously. if this beam came into contact with an AU it would destroy it and then cause an aftereffect to where the Au will than drag 7 other nearby Aus with it cause the destruction of 7 universes.

Hyper-Cosmic Awareness: A more advanced form of Cosmic Awareness, Baldur has knowledge of the workings of the Multiverse, even more so compared to his brother, Apollo. He's also able to know of all the powers of those that he is blood-related to, despite the fact that he has not been told of their powers.

Kin Connection: Baldur, just like Apollo, is able to be connected to his own parents, and even feel them. He is able to feel the Astral Mother and the Scarlet King, despite his father being in a separate Multiverse that is different from the Alphaverse. He is even able to sense Apollo himself, and can even sense Error404 and the rest of his siblings.
