This character takes place in Stellar!Astral Mother's Timeline.

One day, I will grow up to become the ruler of Monsterkind in Alphatale, just as my Mother and Father were, before you came in.-Azrael

Azrael is a type of boss monster that resides in Alphatale, and is the son of Alphatale Toriel and Asgore. He is the Asriel Dreemurr of the Alphatale AU.

Backstory:

Azrael was born from both Toriel and Asgore at sometime in the past. As he is their only son, they had been with his parents for a lot in us life. And knowing that he will need to grow up sooner, due to how dangerous that everything had became, or at least, believe that there will be something dangerous that will happen to them soon, they decided to teach Azrael how to be a ruler. So, they taught him how to command, how to rule, and how to fight. He trained very hard and practiced much more harder on himself, and did all with his parents and himself to the hand surpass them as a fighter, but be as kind of a ruler as they both are. But one day, Toriel had died, and this made Asgore waste away in grief. But even in grief, Asgore did all he can to be a good ruler and teach him how to fight, as well as helping him improve his magical flames, which he is able to finish training with, but Asgore had died when someone decided to kill him, in which Azrael killed that person, but is suffering from immense sadness, due to the fact that both of his parents are now dead, and since nobody knew of the fact that Azrael exists and is their son, a woman known as the Astral Mother took control of the kingdom and ruled it in her own way, and not kindly.

Azrael, not wanting to be found, he decides to run and hide within the Underground, his magic complete in training, but his ability to fight is not. But despite that, he is still better and more skilled than any of the others, with the exception of the Astral Mother, who is stronger than him. But when inside of a Slum part of the city that he is in, he is met by an unknown monster, and he is revealed to formerly be one of his parent's guards, but was fired, due to something that he had accidentally done. When he identified himself as their son, the monster recognized that fact, due to sensing their lineage. He claims that will he cannot help him in everything, he can help him with one thing that Azrael will want help in. When Azrael talked about his training, including his incomplete training, the former guard decided to help him in that. Although old, he is still very skilled as he was in his physical prime, and is even more skilled than Asgore himself. And thus, Azrael continued to train as much as he can, and he worked very hard and harshly, and he used 2 swords to train. And finally, after a long amount of harsh training, Azrael is able to finish his training in combat. However, on the same day, the monster that he had trained with has reached the end of his life. Despite this, he asks for his name, and he said it. And after he stayed by his side so that he does not die alone, he buried his remains elsewhere, and made sure that he gained some form of recognition. And so, Azrael became a monster that is able to surpass his parents, and he trained constantly, and makes sure that the Astral Mother does not find him, due to how worried he is at meeting her.

However, one fateful day, an attack occurred, and Azrael, who is involved in this, fights against the attackers, and he lasted a very long time against them, but they are soon able to overpower Azrael, before he is defeated. But before he can he killed, the Astral Mother came and killed the attackers. And Azrael was stunned to see that the Astral Mother is there with him. The Astral Mother took his hand, offering him a chance to live and Azrael, while a little bit scared of her, is even more scared to die,, and thus, he took her hand, and the Astral Mother took Azrael away, as Alphatale had been destroyed.

Azrael and the Astral Mother looked at each other, as she is with her children, and is surprised that she had went all this way just to help him. The Astral Mother asked his identity, and he revealed himself as Asgore and Toriel's son, which surprised the Astral Mother, as she did not know of the fact that the royal family had a son. Seeing that he will need to become more stronger, and thus, must be experimented on, she decided to help him in making him much more stronger than ever before. And thus, she offers him to become stronger, but in return, needs to be with her and help him in bringing back Alphatale. With that same desire present, he took the offer, and decided to work with the Astral Mother.

The Astral Mother, now inside of a room, is able to put Azrael inside of an unconscious state of some sort, as she has got to work to try and make him as strong as she can. She looked at the original Undertale, and she sees how she had became as strong as he is, by absorbing the 6 Human Souls, as well as the entire monster population, but she wants to find a way to do this, to make him like the original Asriel, without needing to do this. She than looked at Glitchtale, and saw that the Asriel of that timeline has a Rainbow Soul, after Chara had given him a vessel to house all of the traits. Realizing that she can make a soul such as this in a similar way, she decides to get to work and make that soul. Thankfully, she still is able to keep her Soul Traits, which are the strongest ones that she has, which she never uses unless she absolutely has to. And now, she needs to do it.

She is able to use her power, Creation's Hand, and made a Soul Vessel, and she began to fill it with small fractions of the strongest traits, starting with Determination, than Bravery, than Justice, Kindness, Patience, Integrity, and Persevenace, and even infused a Terror trait into it. But the Astral Mother decides to go even father than that. She somehow was also able to her her hands on the Conduit of Death's Soul and took a small bit of it, and manage to find a fragment of the Conduit of Life's Soul, which she than took for her new soul. She than took a piece of the Conduit of Immortality's Soul, and than took a piece of the Omnipotent's Soul, as he is the Conduit of Will, and Alpha's Soul, the Conduit Soul of Change. She even manage to find a fragment of the Conduit of Healing's Soul, which she is able to add to his new soul, and she even took a piece of a Soul from the Forbidden Conduit of Vigor and Solidity. When she put in the enhanced, LOVE and HATE from Glitchtale, It is finally completed, and she made a new soul of her own, and since there are pieces of Conduit Souls inside of this one, it also counts as a Conduit Soul. She named it the Conduit Soul of Divinity, before she than is able to switch places of Azrael's soul with the monster soul that he still has inside of himself. When that happened, Azrael felt a power that he had never felt before in his life. He feels much more stronger than before, so much that he is even stronger than 100 himself, and even Error404 is now weaker than him. He sees that he is now been given new powers, and his powers are much more immense, but he is still weaker than the Astral Mother, who is still much more stronger than him. When he became this and began to test his power out, the Astral Mother decided to help him out in this, and Azrael proved that he is one hell of a force to be reckoned with. His powers are so immense and strong that it would take 100, Error404, and Infected to defeat him together. And needless to say, Azrael is now able to truly surpass his parents even more than ever before. And thus, Azrael, now in this new reality that is in his sight, he is going to do whatever it takes to make sure that Alphatale is back to life again, but he will not rip away the happy ending of other people, which the others have been doing. And when he grows up, he will be a much more greater ruler than Asgore and Toriel, then both of his parents, and when Alphatale comes back, he will not let it go again.

Appearance:

Azrael had some resemblance to the original Asriel Dreemurr of the original Undertale. He has the same face as the original Asriel, with white fur, long ears, a snout, and a set of visible fangs. Unlike the original Asriel, he has horns coming out on top his head, and is older, looking similar to a teenager. He wears a white sweater, with black pants, and the white sweater has blue stripes going across his torso. When he gets angry, he will have black markings on the sides of his face, he will have black eyeballs, and will have 3 short black lines in the middle of his face, as well as a heart-shaped symbol on his face, the black lines on above the position of the heart itself. He also has his kingdom's symbol on the back of his sweater.

Personality:

In contrast to the original Asriel Dreemurr of Undertale, the Azrael Dreemurr of Alphatale is much more mature and more willing to fight. Although he is Docile, he is not hesitant to fight back and he will do so harshly. However, he is just as Passionate as Asriel and cares about the lives of others, even when he is forced to fight against someone. He won't kill anybody, even those that are bad in a way, but if the person that he is fighting is too evil and has crossed a line, he will show no mercy to the enemy that he is fighting and will put them down by enemy means necessary, but will still try and prevent as much damage as he possibly can.

However, even when he is fighting against someone, he is shown to be polite and well-mannered, and even speaks on a soft spoken tone, and even possesses a form of honor on par of Asgore, as he refuses to defeat a person who is down, and only wants to defeat the person who is going to die taking action and standing. And even if a person has done very bad stuff that is too far, he will still give a person a chance to fight back against him.

Due to all the harsh struggle that he had to go through, he is shown to have immense, indomitable will, which allows him to keep on living, and due to training in combat once again, he has gained complete control of his emotions, allowing him to remain calm and focused on combat, possessing emotion control on par with Righteous!Error. And even when he gets angry, he won't show it outwardly, he will show it in his fight, and in using his powers. And training with the Astral Mother allows him to be manipulative. However, his manipulations are based on genuine and loving bonds of those with the people that they care about. And due to this, he can use the emotional ties of people that others are bonded with in order to said people to help him. However, he will make sure that they are alive, no matter what, as he does not like to rip the happy ending of others. While not a leader like Error404, he is shown to be able to think of complex plans and any back up plans in case his normal tactics fail, which is thanks to his parents, who had taught him all that they know of what it means to be Monsterkind's king, tactically.

Powers:

Disorder Sabers: The Disorder Sabers are Azrael's main melee weapons of choice that he uses in combat. Swords forged in combination of the Alphatale code and the power of the Conduits, the Disorder Sabers are able to slice through anything, and can even make portals to different realities by cutting through space itself. He can summon them at command. He can even charge the attack by using rainbow flames that can explode and deal even greater damage than before.

Alpha Nova: Asriel can manipulate rainbow-colored flames that are a thousands times more hotter than the hottest Blue Giant, even hotter than the hottest star to exist, and is able to burn anything in his path. Its yield is comparable to that of Infected's Wisps in his Black Being form.

Star Wildfire: Azrael can summon large, rainbow colored, star-shaped projectiles to either be used to block attacks from attackers or be expanded into a platform as a means of transport. When used as an attack, he can make the stars detonate and scatter into smaller stars, yet they do just as much damage as their larger selves, and the largest Star will spread so much smaller stars and can cut through any defense, making dodging necessity to survivor and he undamaged, which is difficult, due to how there is very little room to go through.

Shocker Shatterer: Azrael can strike his target with bolts of Multi-Colored Lightning. When used, it strikes without warning, and is only noticed about 2 seconds when colors are flashing into the air, leaning very little time to dodge. They can instantly kill lesser monsters in one strike, and is so powerful that it is the equivalent of 1,000 Tsar Bombas at once.

Immortality: Due to Asriel's unique soul, he is unable to die by any means, and will never be able to die. Even when his shook shatters, he will pull it back together and refuse death.

Terror Presence: When Azrael gets angry, he will incite a Terror so immense that many people will be unable to move and even shake at his appearance. This only occurs when he gets irritated, or enraged.

Limitless Endurance: Due to Azrael's immensely high willpower, he is able to endure through any sort of attack and even ignore how painful it is. He does not even get tired and can even continue to fight at a peak level, without any sort of fatigue whatsoever.

Rage Mode: When Azrael gets furious, black markings with appear on his face. This is due to the fact that he is tapping into a small fraction of his God form, by about 40% of its power, and this makes his physical prowess and magical prowess much more stronger than before, and much more difficult than before. Even Infected, Error404, and 100 are able to be staggered by this level of augmented strength.

Transformations:

GOD OF SUPREMEDEATH: The God of SupremeDeath is Azrael's main Transformation, which he uses by tapping onto the full power of his soul. In this form, he is just as strong as as Alpha in his Judge form. In this form, he wears a white shirt with the Alphatale Kingdom symbol that is sleeveless, has metal shoulder pads and black pants, as well a possessing permanent black markings on his face.

Flight: Azrael is capable of unaided flight, being able to fly around anywhere he desires to go to.

Disorder Buster: Azrael can summon a Blaster that is able to shoot out Diamond-Shaped Bullets at a target. He is also able to shoot out a rainbow beam from the blaster, which also causes an explosion of stars to appear from the blaster. The Blast is so strong that it can surpass even the firepower of the Dark Blasters, but is weaker than the Astral Blaster.

Supreme Goner: This is Azrael's strongest attack, in which he can summon a large head that looks like a combination of the DT Extraction Machine and the Dark Blaster, but has a jaw that is purple in color.  It will then creates a powerful vortex that attempts to draw the person into its mouth along with a series of diamond-shaped objects that deal damage when hit. When inside, it will close its mouth and can explode by command. Other times, it can be used to suck in an attack that Azrael cannot win against and will suck it into...somewhere.

ANGEL OF ABSOLUTE DEATH: The Angel of Absolute Death is the strongest transformation ther Azrael possesses. It is so strong that it is able to rocks both toe Corrupt Judge and Just404 B.U.T.T.E.R.F.L.Y, meaning that he is now strong enough to go against the All-Mother.

Divine Comet: Azrael can fire a barrage of energy-based comet projectiles launched from his fingertips and home in onto the target's soul.

Dominant Supremacy: Azrael's strongest attack, he is able to gather all of his power into one single attack and fire it as a blast of rainbow energy. The rainbow energy is so strong that it is able to match the Omninova.

Relationships:

Asgore and Toriel: The Asgore and Toriel of Alphatale are the parents of Azrael. They taught him everything they know and helped him in as much as they can from gardening to combat. Azrael loved them with all of his heart and is saddened that they had died, and tries to keep all of their teaching to heart.

Stellar!Astral Mother: The current queen of Alphatale's Underground, Azrael was a little bit uneasy around her at first, not only with how powerful he is, but because of how come and remorseless she once was. But when she changed and gave him powers, she Asriel began to see her as a mother figure of some sort.

100, Error404, Alpha, Infected, Omnipotent: The 5 Children of the Astral Mother, with Infected and Omnipotent as the adopted children, Asriel is shown to be able to have a close sibling-like relationship with them. However, he is a little closer to Error404, and even encourages his relationship to pursues his love with Chara.

Chara: The Chara or Alphatale, just like the orignal Undertale, has a close sibling-like bond with Azrael, and Azrael even encourages Chara to care and love for Error404.

Frisk: Due to the fact that Error404 and Azrael are a little close, both Frisk and Azrael are hostile to one another, but Frisk does not even try to fight back, due to how powerful Azrael is, and the fact that even in his normal form, he will be able to wipe his face on the floor.

Betty: Azrael and Betty have a bit of a rivalry towards each other, but they are much more friendlier to each other than Azrael's rivalry with Frisk.

Righteous!Error: Azrael and Error have been known to spar against each other and train, due to how powerful the both of them are, and have been known to get along very well, due to both of them having a close relationship with Error404.

Hollow!Ink: Azrael and Hollow!Ink have a hostile relationship with each other, due to how Hollow!Ink having the Soul of the Unnameable, which corrupted him to the point that he began to consume AUs. He is one of the very few that can fight against Ink and give him immense difficulty.

Anomaly!Core: He is one of the protectors of the Alpha Timeline and is in good terms with Anomaly!Core.

Notes:

The Astral Mother is twice as strong as Azrael.

Azrael is the only Boss Monster that is still alive from Alphatale.

Azrael is technically the Conduit of Divinity, due to the way his new soul is created.

Although he is immensely strong, he is slightly weaker than Righteous!Error and Hollow!Ink, but due to his experience and intelligence, he is able to defeat them.

Azrael is the closest to be able to match the Astral Mother, despite not being her child.

He is able to become a much more bette ruler than ever both of his parents and if he were to get Alphatale back again, he would regain the throne, with the Astral Mother deciding to allow him to do it, due to wanting to be with her new husband, Righteous!Error, due to how immensely strong he can become.

Azrael is potentially considered a Forbidden Conduit, due to his immense powers.
