Today marks the last day of the third nine weeks, all the students scrambling to finish last minute assignments and projects and teachers hurrying to submit grades.
Some are pleased with their results and others are left disappointed.

Homeroom teachers give out new schedules with new electives and students say goodbye to teachers from their old electives.
This new period marks that of spring, the season when the snow turns to mush then runny water, the sun starts to bear its blazing hot light upon the pastures and woods, the rain pours from the sky wetting the already rotting and moldy abandoned properties, teachers schedule field trips and outdoor activities, the birds return to the north, the days grow longer and families plan for summer break.
This is a wonderful transition as we are given the opportunity to do more with our time, I take this gift from our Lord atua and choose to use it wisely as I hope you do too.
