After saving the factory workers from their typing game prison, alix kubdel and fluff go to an haunted children's hospital and sees max kante, Marc anicel, kaakli, orikko and violette by surprise.

Max kante: alix, bad news! We got a problem in this creepy kids' hostpital!

Alix kubdel: what is it, you guys?

Max kante: the problem is that an evil nurse is holding violette's sister hostage! We got to save her before she becomes her next victim!

Alix kubdel: ok!

Alix kubdel and her allies went inside the hospital and...

Orikko: I don't like this place, because it looks so creepy!

Fluff: I know, but focus on the mission and let's spilt up to find her!

The allies decided to split up to find violette's sister in different hospital rooms.

The scene cuts to max kante and kaakli looking and searching at the paper files at the clinic room.

Max kante: um, violette, which of the files that is all about your sister?

Violette: IDK, but please keep looking!

The scene cuts to Marc anicel and orikko going to the next hospital room and sees purplette being tied up by surprise!

Purplette: (gasps) OMG, who are you people and where is my younger sister, violette!

Marc anicel: calm down, I'm Marc anciel and this is my kwami orikko, and what is your name?

Purplette: my name is purplette and I'm the older sister of violette and can you please untie me, because of that evil nurse who was hired by shellia to tied me up for destroying her shield?

Marc anicel: sure! (Unties purplette from her ropes)

Purplette: thanks, now let's find my younger sister, violette before the nurse comes back!

Orikko: ok!

Marc anicel, orikko and purplette leave the hospital room together.

Meanwhile back with alix kubdel and fluff who are helping violette, max kante and kaakli to defeat the evil nurse that Shellia hired.

Evil nurse: welcome to the kids' hospital! Do you want to heal your cuts?

Alix kubdel: hey nurse, leave those poor victims alone! They don't deserve to die and get killed in your evil children's hospital!

Evil nurse: I don't care, my patients need to be in my deadly treatment and they deserved to die, and so do you!

Violette: yes, but treatments are now dimensionally, only those who want to live and not die!

Evil nurse: then you see, it's time for your checkup!

Max kante: I knew it! I knew it!

Kaakli: we have to free those poor victims that the evil nurse had killed!

Fluff: exact!

Alix kubdel: let's get ready or else will become the nurse's next victims'

Alix kubdel, max kante, violette, fluff and kaakli fight like in this Hellen gravely boss fight gameplay from Luigi's mansion 3.

After the fight, the evil nurse was melted to death by her own medicine, causing all of her previous victims to come back to life after alix kubdel and her allies managed to save them.

Marc anicel: guys, I found purplette!

Violette: sister, I missed you!

Max kante: (cries) what a beautiful reunion!

Kaakli: max, it's not time to cry, we got other dimensions to save!
