Summary: After a X-Factor performance, Alex invites Perrie to his house for a night but Perrie is nervous about him seeing her scar from her surgery as a child, thinking that he'd find it weird or odd but Alex is different...
(Set in November 2016, may contain implied smut)

Perrie's POV: Finally done with that performance of probably least favorite song on our latest album, it's honestly quite crap and lame but whatever. Alex, the guy that I've been romantically involved with, has invited me to his house to stay the night for the first time but I'm quite nervous that he's gonna see my scar, I mean my partner in my last relationship always thought it was gross and disgusting so I'm a little unnerved. I change into a hoodie and sweats and we head to his house.

Alex's POV: As we arrive at my house, I cna see that Pez is visibly nervous about something but I suspect it's nothing and head inside.
"You want a drink or something?" I offer but she just rejects it so we just sit on the couch together, awkwardly.

A few minutes later: I decide to make the move and put my arm around her shoulder. She looks at me and smiles at me before cuddling into my chest, my heart is pounding with nervousness. She begins to lean in and our lips meet, I embrace her in a sweet kiss that soon turns into a makeout session. My hands travel down to her stomach but that makes her pull away and remove my hands from that area.
"Pez, what's up?" I inquire, concerned as she sits up and pulls her hoodie down.
"Alex, can I be honest with you about something?" She asks me, too nervous to look me in the eyes.
"Of course, what's up?" I reply, crossing my legs.
"The reason why I stopped you when your hands touched my stomach is because there's something that I'm really self-conscious about..." She tells me, standing up. I give her the signal to show me and she lifts her hoodie and shows me a almost faded but visible scar.
"What's there to be self-conscious about? I think it makes you more beautiful..." I admit, nervously smiling at her. "You should embrace your imperfections not hide them away."

"Ny ex-boyfriend reacted differently, telling me that it was vile and disgusting so I kept it a secret." She reveals, making me raise my eyebrows in surprise.

"Well, I'm not him. I think it makes you more gorgeous than before, it's what make girls more attractive for me if they are open about their imperfections." I smile at her, making her grin and then on out she was a lot less self-conscious about it and began to embrace it.
