"Haaa, really? Is this really just it?"
Heimdall said disappointedly, "Just some worthless Gems, silly looking artifacts and fancy, but utterly worthless mortal weapons"
He then shuts the precious chest's top in disappointment "All that work for absolutely nothing huh" he exits the big wooden hut where he found the chest.
Corpses, several bodies was laid across the hilichurl camps, littered in all broken or bruised parts, a fight occurred here between Heimdall and the hilichurls, some were nothing but mush and meat, unrecognizable from what they originally were, some were sent flying, evident by the body parts impaled by the trees branches and the blood that splattered everywhere, staining the forest and the camp red.
"haa,"
Heimdall stretches as he walks away from the slaughter he committed. It had been a week since Tyr, that cursed god convinced him to leave the nine realms to quote on quote, ""better himself"" and a month since that monster, Kratos strangled him, almost choking him to death, fortunately or unfortunately for him he actually just passed out and survived, not having the glorious Aesir death he wanted, but at least avoiding his fate at Ragnarok.
He remembers what Tyr told him, how his Idol, Odin manipulated, used and discarded him at the end. He didn't believe it at first and instead lashed out and tried to fight Tyr in anger but as his fight with Tyr went on, the more the former God of war's words and insight struck deep inside him, he knew he was telling the truth and only had the best intentions for him, as his powers of mind reading and foresight confirmed Tyr's surprising goodwill to even someone like him. Not wanting to lose a second time, and protect his pride he instead ended the fight prematurely.
In the first time in his thousands year life he felt helpless, purposeless, growing increasingly disillusioned with Odin, the only person that he thought cared about him and the Aesir, Asgard his beloved home he swore to protect was destroyed in the events of Ragnarok, he thought that all of Odin's cruel actions, betrayals and lies was just a product of his infinite wisdom to protect Asgard, but look where that got him.
All the things that motivated him are gone in such a manner. Now what was he then? The great watchman of a destroyed land? The bearer of Gjallarhorn with no Gjallarhorn?, the herald of Ragnarok that has since already passed?. All Because of that damned jotnar Loki, is this what fate planned for him?
As Heimdall was lost in thought, his senses picked up an arrow coming from behind him aiming for his shoulder, with his newly regenerated arm, (in courtesy of Tyr's foreign magicks) caught the arrow in one swift motion and with his strength, threw it back to where it came from.
Heimdall looks over to see the mere mortal who dared attacking him. A girl with dark chestnut brown hair, orange gold eyes and red bunny ears?, was frozen in place with the arrow centimeters away from hitting her head perched in a tree at her back.
"Oh? I missed? Huh, well you there, what made you think that attacking me was a good idea?" Heimdall said with a mocking tone.
The girl was startled then stared at him, frozen in fear unable to say anything.
"Are you stupid? Or did that arrow I threw frightened you so much you've gone catatonic?" Heimdall jeered.
"W-wait! I'm sorry! I'm sorry!" the girl said, regaining her composure. "I didn't mean to shoot at you, it's just tha-", the girl didn't get finish her sentence as heimdall interrupted her,
"it's just that the corpses of the pests I've killed all over the forest frightened you so much it made you attack the first moving thing you saw? Am I right Amber?"
"huh? How did you-" Heimdall interrupted her again, "And since you're so curious about it, yes i am the one behind the recent vermin killings, or hilichurls as you call them."
"woah, wha- ,really?"
"Yes, really, now are you finished? Cause seeing your little arrow here was just an accident, I'll be on my way now."
Heimdall replied as he turned away from her planning leave, clearly not wanting to waste time and energy entertaining a mortal.
"Wait mister! You haven't introduced yourself yet, and judging from the direction you're going, you're heading to Mondstadt, let me atleast help you there as an apology." Amber said
Heimdall raised his brow in response
"You?, help me?"
"Yup! I'm an outrider after all!, I watch over Mondstadt and help people, whether they're inhabitants or simple tourists!"
Heimdall stays still and gazes deep into her being.
"Help people huh?" Heindall says with a slight tone of anger in his voice.

Me and Mr. Heimdall had been walking through the forest for a while now. I still can't believe he's the same one that took care of the hilichurls in the area, but seeing him catch and return the arrow with such strength, yeah he's probably the one, but how is he that strong? I don't see a vision with him or some sort of magical artifacts, he has unique clothes that I have never seen before, not even from other tourists from other nations, but his most defining detail are his eyes, they are glowing purple! And I swear his eyes stared right into my soul! Who really is he?
"Hey, girl who helps people, just state your questions already"
My thoughts were interrupted by Heimdall's sudden question, "Ehh? Was it that obvious?, Kaeya even trained me how to keep a poker face on..." I replied
"I, uh I'm just curious to where you're from, y'know?, it's my first time seeing someone dressed like you" I asked.
"You mean my home?, hmm, well it's in a far away land called the Nine Realms, I lived in a realm called Asgard, though I doubt if it still exists."
Asgard? The Nine Realms? How come I have never heard of those places before?, not even in books or old historical records.
"Hey now, I'm not that gullible! Don't try to trick me!"
"I do not care if you believe what I say or not, girl, but don't go shouting at my face."
Heimdall said with a stern look
Rumble
A loud rumbling sound suddenly interrupted Heimdal's sentence
"What was that!"
"It's a dragon, archer girl." Replied Heimdall
"Hey! You know my name is Amber, not girl!"
After I said that, a blue dragon with 4 wings soared above us heading to Mondstadt.
"T-Thats StormTerror! And it's heading towards Mondstadt!"
"Storm what?"
"Mister Heimdall! We need to get to Mondstadt Fast!"
"Are you really gonna make me run through the forest? And I thought you were apologizing to a person you offended."
"Mr Heimdall I promised to be a tour guide for you in Mondstadt, but first and foremost I'm an Outrider, Watcher of Mondstadt and i need to be there if it's in danger, if you don't want to run with me, you can stay here, I'll pick you up after its finished."
I answered
"... Sigh, Alright, I'll follow you, Crimson Knight Amber."

Me and Heimdall were running through the forest in the direction of Mondstadt, occasionally glancing behind me to check up on him, and surprisingly he could keep up without a sweat. I looked behind me to check up on him again and.. -Huh?!? Was he yawning while running?!?
"Look forward, not at me, you idiot."
Heimdall said, as I turn my head to look forward I suddenly heard a scream and hit someone with my head
"AHHHH, LUMINE IT'S A RED HILICHURL!"
"Owwie, my head." I Muttered "and who called me a hilichurl?" I said getting up and in my sight was... a fairy?
"Hey! Watch where you're running!, Lumine are you okay there?" said the fairy as I turned around and saw a girl with exotic white clothes and pure blonde hair, kinda like Heimdall?"
"Ugh, I'm alright Paimon, and you what was that for?" replied the blonde beauty named Lumine.
"I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I wasn't looking forward when I was running and I bumped into you!" I hastily replied apologetically
"Jeez, I forgive you but watch where you're going next time." said Lumine.
I helped her up the ground by pulling her hand. "Yeah, I'll keep that in mind." I responded.
"And I thought you couldn't be more incompetent, but I guess I was proven wrong." said a voice in a mocking tone
"Mister Heimdall you're so mean! I was just looking behind to check on you!" I said as I stuck my tongue out to him.
"Well it's good that everyone turned out fine." Said Paimon behind me.
"Oh! I forgot to introduce ourselves." I went near Mr Heimdall and said "I'm Amber, outrider of the Knights of Favonius and this is Mr Heimdall!"
The fairy thought for a moment and said
"Well, Paimon's Paimon! Greetings!"
"And I'm Lumine, I'm a traveler to these lands."
"Paimon and Lumine were about to go to Mondstadt until we saw a dragon, then on our way to Mondstadt we encountered a hilichurl camp and were just done clearing it till Amber crashed unto Lumine." said Paimon
"Hehe once again I'm sorry about that," I stared at Paimon,"Wait a minute, how can you float? Are you a fairy?"
"She's Emergency Food" Lumine bluntly said
"Hey!" yelped paimon in opposition, clearly quite not happy with the nickname, the two then began to bicker with one another until I noticed Heimdal's odd silence. "Mr Heimdall, is there something wrong?" I asked him as he was staring intently at the 2 bickering with each other. "How utterly fascinating" I heard him mutter.
