"Ahh there's the birthday girl, come here sweetie" said Lincon, as Carter entered the training room, finishing putting her hair into two plats one on top of the other.
"What is this?" Asked Carter as she looked around the training room which was all set up for a party with big balloons that said 'thirteen'.

"I remember when I would pick you up an' just throw you up onto my back" said Mack as he walked over to Carter opening a drink, waiting for Carter's response.
"Yeah, every now and again I would hope that you would just throw me up into the air" said Carter laughing at the memory.
"Yeah, well if you didn't have such loving parents I would have," said Mack.

"Are you going to join the party or just keep staring at everyone" asked Colson, as he walked over to Carter.
"Depends, you got anything for me to hit?" Asked Carter, looking at everyone.
"You deserve this" said Colson, nodding towards the team, playing party games and eating food.
"What my family doing kids games at my party?" Said Carter sarcastically.
"Not exactly" said Colson as he reached into his back pocket, pulling out a black wallet.

"What's this?" Asked Carter as Colson handed the wallet to her.
"Welcome to S.H.I.E.L.D, agent Johnson," said Colson.

"Hey, thought I would find you here" said Daisy, sitting next to Carter. 
"He actually gave it to you" said Daisy looking at her daughters new badge, the shield logo pristinely shinning.
"Yeah, still doesn't feel real though" said Carter, looking up at her mother, smiling.
"Level six?" Asked Carter looking at her mother with confusion, Daisy shrugged.
"Ahh found you, you know that May's laughing, I reckon that Carter will have grand kids before that happens agian" said Lincon, causing his wife and daughter to burst out laughing, Daisy patted a spot next to Carter, inviting her husband to sit.
"Wow level six right off the bat" said Lincon, looking at his daughters badge and patting her on the back.
"Yeah" said Carter smiling softly.
