   The story starts just after volleyball practice when Hinata, Tsukishima, and Yamaguchi walk home together.

   Hinata walking with Tsukishima and Yamaguchi was infrequent, but the only reason they were all walking together this one time was because Kageyama fell ill with the flu, and Hinata was hesitant to walk home alone. So since the trio all lived, semi, close to each other: Shouyo settled down and chased after Tsukishima and Yamaguchi to ask if he could walk home with them.

   As they were walking home, they started to speak about their volleyball strategies for upcoming matches. Soon, Hinata noticed himself gazing into Tsukishima's golden brown eyes and a smile beaming across Hinata's face the rest of the walk home. Every word, except Kei's, was drowned out by Hinata's haunting thoughts that were running through his head. Hinata was brwildered as to why, but he was unable to tear his eyes from Tsukishima's. It was like his eyes were glued onto Kei's entire body, looking him up and down, as if in a trance or something. Kei didn't seem to notice, but Tadashi noticed very well and snickered when he did.

   The boys soon changed the subject as they neared the Hinata house: This snapped Shouyo back into reality and tuned him into the conversation.

   "Sooo, Hinata. Is there anyone in our school you like?" Said Yamaguchi, already knowing the answer.

   "Huh- What? Oh, uhm.. well, there might be this one guy- or two; though, I'm not saying their names." Hinata replied frantic and unsure of his own answer.

   "Two guys?! Well, they must feel really lucky that you like them so much," Yamaguchi said teasingly but also serious at the same time.

   "Uhm-.. well, they don't actually know that I like them. To be honest, I'm not sure if I do truly like them or not. It might just be a friendly feeling, " said Hinata, still unsure of his feelings.

   Tsukishima rolled his eyes, trying to ignore the 2 beans and their nonsense.

   A little more of Yamaguchi pesturing Hinata later. They finally reached Shouyo's house, and each said their goodbyes. Afterward, Yamaguchi and Tsukishima turned back and started making their way to their own houses.

A/N- (sorry, this chapter is short, I promise the next one will be longer. I just ran out of ideas for the walk home. I may also be updating this chapter and going through my mistakes to make it sound and flow better.)
