Emi was closer to him since he didn't want her to walk off and do her usual singing since Tsukasa can find her and take her away.
They even held their index finger together as they slept
Senku looked at her and looked at her sleeping face then moved her bangs that covered her right eye which revealed the crack that was like his
'even with that one crack on your face and half your hair covering, your still adorable to look at' he said to himself
He still looks at his crush and remember what Tsukasa said
'she told her story that her parents were killed when she was young by an unpure person and left by herself and I promise her to protect so she is coming with me, Emi would you like to.come with me to make a new world'
He remembered the prime said then pulls her close "I'm not letting him take you away, I still have to stay with you, like I said years ago, I'm the only one you have and you're at your breaking point"
As the morning came, they built a raft to swim across through the lake, Senku, Emi and Yuzuriha were on the raft as Tajiu pulls the boar as they swim.
Senku kept taunting to make him go faster, which encourage Tajiu to keep going but noticed that Yuzuriha still has a bit of stone fragments on her foot
Yuzuriha told him to not worry about then emi said "let's stop somewhere and take care of it"
"Great idea Emi!" Taiju yelled
As they stop at the side of the stream, Tajiu poured some of the miracle fluid on her foot then the stone broke off
"Feels like the pain is finally starting to go away" Yuzuriha said as she moves her foot around
"Woah! Does the revival fluid have some kinda healing power, too?" Taiju said surprised.
Senku said as he cracks his neck "though that would be amazing it's just cracks filling in." He then points at the crack on his face "another part of the de-petrification process. I mean we're still alive, even with these cracks in out faces"
"Yeah that's true" Taiju said the same
"So let's keep going, shall we? Soon we can soak in some real rejuvenation fluid." Senku said as he starts walking off
"I just remembered something that's in Hakone!" Yuzuriha said with realization
As they head to the mountains, they reached to their location
Taiju said excitedly "ah! We made it to the goal, guys! Hot springs here we come!x
Yuzuriha said "wow. And the view of mount Fuji is incredible!"
"That's great, yeah. But you two better not forget the real reason that we traveled all this way." Senku said as he calms down from walking far
Taiju asked "so what's this 'weapon of science?"
Senku chuckled a bit and said "oh just one I'd the greatest inventions in human history."

"You do love your smartphones. Wrong" Senku said as he made a hand gesture like he was being something "The gun. We're gonna make some gunpowder."
He then explained "the stone age was two million years ago. Gunpowder was invented fairly recently, in comparison. About 700 A.D. Basically, we're gonna warp ahead 1,998,700 years. A giant leap in civilization. Time to get excited you guys"
He then held his hammer and smacked a soft rick with "lucky for us, japan is full of volcanoes. Go to any hot spring and there's a plethora of sulfur just waiting to be taken. And that's the main component of gunpowder.
He grabs a hand full of the powder "were about to create our ultimate weapon against Tsukasa. Some black powder should do the trick just fine".
