"GET BACK HERE RIGHT NOW {Y/N}!!!!!!!"

Silver ducked as a blast of fire shot overhead. He rolled to the side as more elemental bursts flashed around you two. You covered your head while Silver began to pick up the pace.

"Over there, Silver! Toss me up to that window!"

Silver nodded. With a yell, he tossed you up towards the open window. You nearly grabbed the ledge when Plant Magic shot past you. You were knocked off course as the magic began to grow small vines. You reached out, grabbed a vine, and swung on it until you collided with the wall. "Ow... that's... gonna leave a mark..." You shook off the pain and began to climb the vine. You looked down at Silver, who grabbed his magical pen and stood before them.

"Please, stop chasing after the prefect. You are impeding their progress to get help," Silver said. "Stop and talk to them rather than trying to catch them."

Riddle smirked. "We've already tried to reason with them."

You looked down. "No you haven't! Riddle collared all my friends, Leona kept me in a cage, Azul forced me to be his prisoner until I signed some stupid deal with him, and Vil tried to keep me as a doll! I'm still wearing this stupid dress!" you protested.

"Silence, prefect. You do not get to speak to me that way," Vil said. He gathered magic within his book and shot it at you. You yelped and scrambled into the window, falling onto the ledge.

"Rook! After them!" Vil yelled. Rook nodded and took off.

"Silver, reconsider fighting us," Azul said. "You wouldn't want to get hurt, now, would you?"

Silver gritted his teeth. "Tch. I'm not afraid. I promised to help {Y/N}-san, and I'm going to keep it. If you want to get to them, you'll have to pass me first."

The dorm leaders smirked. "Well, ain't you the brave one," Leona said with a dark smile. "Too bad. Ya shoulda held your tongue."

"Guess I'ma have to squeeze ya, Jellyfish!" Floyd said with a lazy smile. "Get ready--"

"HYAH!"

Someone tackled Floyd to the ground. "Silver-senpai! Are you ok?!"

You looked back. "Ace! Deuce! Everyone!!"

"{Y/N}-chan! Hurry and run; we'll hold 'em off!" Cater called up at you.

You smiled at them. "Thank you!!!" With that, you leapt inside the window to make your way up the castle.

You grabbed a small shard of glass from the broken window and stabbed it into a black curtain. You leapt down and began to slide down it. The glass left a small ripped trail behind you as you picked up speed. Once you reached the bottom, you leapt off it and began to run.

Your heart was beating fast. Sweat poured down your forehead as you hurried through the halls. Time was running out; it was already 11:30 at night. You felt incredibly tired, but you didn't dare stop for anything.

"Trickster {Y/N}... I'm coming to find you~"

You looked back as a glowing arrow shot at you from overhead. You ducked and stopped to see Rook following you. He wore a devious grin as he stood back up.

"You will not be able to escape me. Now, entertain me in this fun game of chase."

You began to run again while Rook followed after you. You looked at the flight of stairs before you, and with a running start, you jumped up the first one. You were surprised that you could jump that high, but you didn't question it. You kept tossing yourself up and up. Rook had followed closely behind you, so you had an idea to stall him. You jumped up, but rather than up the next stair, you landed on his hat. He paused and reached up to grab you, but instead you jumped onto the brim of it, making it cover his face. Rook tripped due to his inability to see and began to tumble downstairs. You jumped off him and continued to make your way up.

"Almost... there!!" you yelled. After a few more minutes, you reached the top and took a short break. You got up again and continued to run down the hallway towards the room in the back.

You brushed hair out your face and looked down at your clothes. With the same glass shard you had from the curtain, you yelled and sliced the skirt off the dress. You also cut the long sleeves and ripped off the bow in your hair. The bouncy white shorts underneath unfurled into pants, so you cut them so they wouldn't be so long. You tossed the glass aside and was about to make it to the door when a sudden force pinned you to the ground.

"AHH!!"

You looked up between large fingers to see Rook smiling down at you. "Caught you, Trickster. Now, I shall bring you to Beautiful Vil, and this shall all blow over!"

"I'm not giving up so easily this time!" you yelled back. You grabbed the glass shard and stabbed it into his palm. Rook moved off you and hissed in pain. His ruby red blood dripped onto the carpet and splashed on you. You didn't care; what mattered now was making it to Tsunotaro, the only person who could help you.

You got up again and ran. You ran so fast that most of what you saw near you was a blur. With a yell, you rolled beneath the closed door and opened your mouth wide.

"TSUNOTARO!!!!!!"

A tall figure with dragon horns turned towards the door. Their eyes glowed green, reflecting the swirling vortex in the clouds above. His eyes widened as he saw you enter the room.

You stood before him, eyes glowing. Your face went red with blush as he looked down at you; something about his gaze was the most comforting thing you've seen for the past two days.

The moon gleamed in the sky, indicating it was midnight. Tsunotaro's mouth opened, and he slowly began to approach.

"T-Tsunotaro..."

He bent down, and gently picked you up. Suddenly, he drew you close to his chest. You felt your eyes well up with tears as he said these next words.

"{Y/N}... I've missed you so much."

You then began to cry your heart out to him. You bundled yourself within his warmth and cried so hard. Your heart ached, your body hurt, your mind was scarred. But finally, after all this time, you were finally...
