You awake at 8:30 when your alarm goes off. Today is the day you get to meet Joey. You spring out of bed and grab your best outfit from your suitcase. You take a bath in the bathtub you wanted to try last night. The pulsing water against your back relaxes your uneasy nerves. You get out, and get cleaned up. Your mother is awake and getting dressed. It's already 10:30. You're meeting Joey in half an hour. You do your hair, and apply light makeup to cover a few pimples. You don't seem to notice how long you've been in the bathroom till your mother yells from outside.

"(Your Name)! It's 10:55!" She screams.

"Okay!" You yell back. You come out and grab socks, slip them on,  and put on your favorite shoes. You hug your mom.

"Go have fun sweetie." She tells you.

"I will. I'll take lots of pictures." I tell her, and she laughs. You make your way down to the elevator with shaky hands. Joey is down there right now. You sigh dreamly. You press the down button and await the decend to Joey.

Once the elevator stops at the lobby, you almost get sick. You feel nausesous and light-headed. The door opens and you look around. Joey is leaning on the front desk, looking out the window at California traffic. He's wearing light denim skinny's, and a white button up. My heart melts. He had a completely shaved, smooth face. His teeth shone a bright white as you stared. He looks in your direction and smiles. He makes his way over to you, and you realise that you haven't moved. Your face is a bright shade of red by the time he reaches you.

"Are you (Your Name)?" He asked. His voice flowed out smoothly. You melt.

"Y-yes." You stutter. He laughs.

"Don't be nervous." He holds out his hand.

"I'm Joey." You shake it.

"Well I obviously know that." You tell him giggling.

"Eh, might as well introduce myself properly." He laughs at you. You have an awkward moment of silence. You both are smiling at eachother.

"Where do you wanna go first?" He asked.

"Anywhere." You tell him.

"Let's go shopping first." He tells you as he grabs your hand and playfully drags you out the hotel doors.
