She was perfectly fine with just sitting on the couch and watching the television.
But for him, it wasn't enough.
He wants to spoil her so much.
Not to mention that he have something important to ask her as well.
He hid a smile at that thought and looked at the beautiful girl that was sitting beside him. He brought her head close to him and kissed her hair, which brought out a confused noise from Thunderstorm. Not that she was complaining, of course.
"Thunderstorm," Quake said, pulling away from her so that he could look into her mesmerizing scarlet eyes that pierced through his very soul.
"Yes, Quake?" Thunderstorm asked, her voice tinged with curiosity and a hint of affection.
"Will you go out with me on a date?"
Quake watched as Thunderstorm slightly furrowed her brows in confusion and smiled. She was just too cute when she's confused.
"What for? I'm already content with just the two of us here, cuddling while watching Netflix," she said, her soft pinkish lips barely parting as she spoke.
"Well, I kind of want to spoil you," Quake said, grinning.
"But you already spoil me," Thunderstorm said with a hint of a whine.
"But it's not enough. No buts," Quake added when the lightning elemental opened her mouth to retort. "I've already prepared something for today. All you have to do is to dress something nice and I'll meet you here in an hour, okay?"
Thunderstorm smiled softly at her boyfriend. She felt so lucky that she had him as her lover. He was such a kind and caring person, and he keeps spoiling her while still respecting her boundaries. And she loved that about him.
Quake watched as her girlfirend stood up from their comfortable position on the couch and leaned down to peck him at the lips.
"See you in one hour then," she said, smiling before turning around to go to her room.
One hour. Quake smiled, putting a hand on his lips where he can still feel the lingering touch of Thunderstorm. He's going to make this last.
