Silence and terror filled the ponies as they watch their once breathing living friend's body burn into a huge meat fest on the forest floor. The moon had now been blocked out by clouds. The light of the fire and Applejacks burning body was all that lit up the campsite. The trees swayed lightly in the slight breeze that became apparent. Pinkie Pie had stopped sobbing when Applejack was impaled by Rainbow Dash. Rarity looked at Rainbow Dash with blood still staining her coat. "Oh my Celestia, Rainbow Dash what have you done!!!!" Rarity screamed in terror. Pinkie Pie got up from where she was sitting and looked at Rainbow with sad eyes. "Do you really mean what you said, that you want me dead?" She said whimpering to Rainbow Dash.

Spike then could be heard yawning inside of Pinkie's tent, he came out to see what the commotion was all about. "Hey," said Spike still trying to wake up from his nap, "what's going..." he stopped in his tracks to see Rainbow Dash's bloody hooves and scared face, looking as if she had no idea what happened.

"Rainbow Dash," Spike said conflictingly, "why... how could you do that to your friend?" The ponies looked at Rainbow, "yeah how could you have done that said Pinkie Pie stepping a few feet back from Rainbow. "I don't know what came over me," Rainbow said. She sat down on a tree stump, "I just had this sudden urge to kill Pinkie Pie." A rustling in the distance came from the woods. The ponies huddled together, but leaving Rainbow Dash out of the huddle. The rustling was getting closer, but then they heard a voice that made them feel relieved.

"What's this about killing Pinkie Pie," came the familiar whispering voice from the forest. Fluttershy poked her head out of the bushes with some sticks in her hair. "Fluttershy?" said Rarity confused. she got up off her fancy chair. "What are you doing here, you said you were busy earlier today." Fluttershy walked out of the bush and into the light of the campfire, "Oh sorry," She said in her nice, soft, cute voice, "I just came out here to find angle some carrots, we ran out earlier but all the stores were closed when I had the chance to get some."

Her eyes then fixated on Applejack's body still burning and releasing a weird aroma. She stared in horror, tears enveloped her eyes. She cried to the ponies, "Who did this...t...t...t...to Applejack."

"It was I," came Rainbows voice. The group of ponies look to see Rainbow Dash sitting on the stump sobbing uncontrollably. "Oh darling," came Rarity in a sad voice, "I am sure there is a reasonable reason why you acted out so horrifically," she said shivering. Rainbow was just about to tell them what happened to make her do that when, Applebloom and Sweetie Bell woke up from there nap and walked out of the tents to see a horrid seen.

"Applejack!!!!" Screamed Applebloom seeing her sister's dead corpse still burning. Applebloom attempted to run over to Applejack's body, but was held back by Fluttershy "What happened out here while I was asleep!" Demanded Applebloom.

She began to cry into Fluttershy's arm, falling to the ground. Sweetie Belle ran to her sister crying, "who did this to Applejack," she said through sobs of sadness. Rarity didn't say anything, to scared to admit the truth.

"Hey Rainbow Dash, where's Scootaloo?" Asked Sweetie Belle concerningly. Rarity then broke her silence towards Sweetie Belle. Tears rolled down her face as she said to her sweet sister, "Sorry there little sis, but... we don't know where Scootaloo has gone off to." The moon came out from behind the clouds and Sweetie Bell noticed something sticking out of Rainbow Dash's cutie mark. The trees stopped swaying in the breeze, "Do you at least know that something is sticking out of Rainbow's cutie mark?" asked Sweetie Belle confused. Rarity looked over to notice the same thing sticking out of Rainbow Dash. Rainbow just sat there depressed, not noticing the object in her cutie mark.

"huh," said Rarity. She walked over to Rainbow Dash. "What do you want?" Rainbow said. She tried to keep her composure but ended up sobbing again. Rarity pointed to Rainbow's cutie mark, "you appear to have something lodged in you mark there." "may I take it out?"

"Sure go right ahead I don't even care anymore."

"hang on Rainbow Dash, this may pinch a little." Rarity's horn started to glow and she yanked out the strange object in Rainbow Dash's mark, Rainbow Dash didn't even flinch or say anything. Rarity walked over to the fire to see what it was.

A needle, shining in the light of the fire and moon. Rarity looked at it, studied it. "What is it?" asked Pinkie Pie. She walked over to see the needle as well. "It's a needle," said Rarity. She looked at it confused. "hey, look," said Pinkie Pie, pointing at the needle, "there is still something in it." Pinkie grabbed the needle and squirted it into her mouth. "Pinkie no don't drink that!" Rarity yelled at Pinkie with worry in her voice.

"Why, it tastes good"

We don't know what's in it, Pinkie spit it out!"

"It's a little too late for that cause I already swallowed it."

The ponies watched and worried for their friends safety. What is it," Pinkie Pie said. She looked at her friends and smiled, "I feel fine girls, it tastes like apples." The ponies sighed with relief, Rarity took the needle from Pinkie pie and looked at it again.

"It appears to be harmless when drunk, but injected it does something," said Rarity examining the object. She turned it over to see writing on it, and she gasped. The remaining ponies looked at Rarity when she gasped. "What, what is it, what does it say?" asked Pinkie pie shaking with fear. "It says Knightsphere." Rarity said suddenly. Pinkie looked at Rarity confused, "So what's wrong with that."

"Applejack and I had found this earlier today from a strange pony."She said using her magic to show every pony the piece of paper they had found. Fluttershy looked at the paper and smiled, "Oh Knightsphere," she said, "I know him." Everything stopped, things seemed to stand still, the ponies looked at Fluttershy with there mouths wide open. "You do," every pony said. Fluttershy nodded, "Yeah, he's helped me take care of my animals before." Said Fluttershy looking at them with delight.
