preslee raises an eyebrow as she watches the short brunette text on her phone at rapid speed.
she chuckles slightly "jafia who the hell are you messaging!" she demands, expecting her friend to be swooning over some guy. when the girl didn't look up from her phone, preslee rolled her eyes. "jaf!" she says more loudly.
"huh!..oh what?" responds jafia
"who are you texting?" says paul more calmly
"oh yk that kenzie girl on tiktok. yk blonde hair, big blue eyes." says jafia with a small smile
"oh i love her! didn't she just hit one million?" says preslee
"im lost. who's kenzie?" says paul as the girls share a look. "paul you were literally talking about her the other day to me-" "OHH!" says the boy finally, "what about her?"

jafia smirks "she's throwing some huge party in LA for loads of influencers to go to, i think it will be fun and-"

"hey what you guys talking about!" says ayden, sitting down at their table
"kenzies party?" responds the tan brunette, slightly confused
"oh! yeah she just sent out the invite, marcus is going" he nods
"no way marcus is going!" says jafia happily "god i haven't seen him in like forever!"

' preslee looks confused, sharing a look with paul  who shrugs "marcus..?" she says softly as the two turn to her "he's aydens cousin. you'd love him pres" says jafia
"doesn't ring a bell." announces paul
as ayden opens his mouth to respond jafia shushes him "don't bother" she mutters
