3rd person POV
Tsukishima groaned in annoyance when his alarm clock rang. It was his first day at Karasuno his brother went there and claimed that he was on the volleyball team. He still remembered the pain in his heart when he found out that his brother wasn't even on the team. The betrayal that he felt never went away. Their relationship has been rocky ever since. Kei just shut out everyone in his life except his best friend. He secretly hoped that he would be his soulmate but he would never admit it out loud. He hated the idea that someone could just make him fall in love with a stranger. He also hated the fact that his mom would never shut up about him meeting the 'perfect someone' or his least favorite of them all 'his princess to his prince'. He signed and rolled out of his bed walking like a zombie to do his morning routine. When he went to the shower he noticed a orange heart with yam and cow spot patterns with a moon in the background.
Well I hope my soulmate isn't annoying Tsukishima was over everything already. He quickly got dressed after his shower and walked out the bathroom.
"Hey Kei do you want some breakfast?"
"No thank you I have to go in going to be late for school"
"But the walks not that long I can drive you if you want"
"No thanks bye"

When he rushed out the house he saw Yamagucci his closet friend but again he would never admit it aloud.
"Good morning Tsuki"
"Why are you so happy this morning Yamagucci"
" I don't know I'm just excited to see who is my soulmate is"
Yamagucci then showed the same mark Tsukishima had on his lower stomach but his was on left shoulder.
~Silence~
Tsukishima was shocked.
My best friend? Should I tell him? Probably not I'll wait for him to figure it out
"Tsuki??"
"are you listening?"
"Tsuki?? Are you okay"
Tsukishima was knocked out of his thoughts.
"Yeah Yamagucci just thinking"
"Hey Tsuki can I see your mark?"
"Maybe later let's hurry I don't want to be late for tryouts"
Tsukishima started to take slightly larger strides and Yamagucci slightly strugglesto keep up having shorter legs than the blond
~With the other first years~
Hinata and Kageyama met outside school. Over the summer they hung out having volleyball competitions against each other. They kept score of everything. From races to see who got to one place first from who dropped the ball last. They were racing to school and it was a close tie but Hinata won by just a hair.
"Haha I win Bakayama now you have to keep your end of the bet"
Hinata wanted Kageyama to be his soulmate but at the same time he didn't he felt the need to prove to be better than him before acknowledging his feelings.
"Fine boke" Kageyama lifted up his pants leg to show the same mark that Hinata had. And without their knowledge the same one the other two first years had.
"It's kinda ugly if you ask me nothing matches that's why I kept it covered"
"BAKAYAMA WE ARE SOULMATES!"
"OI! Boke stop yelling and WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT??!"
Hinata pulled down his shirt to show the same mark on Kageyama's lower leg
"See"
"Whatever I'm going be a better boyfriend"
"Nu-un I am Bakayama"
"Whatever boke, last one to the vending machine buys the milk!"
"But I want juice-"
And with that they raced and bumped into the blond and the green head
"Watch where your going dumbasses"
Yamagucci snickered at Tsukishima's very common insult.
"Tsk Whatever asshole"
"Oh is that the king of the court?" Tsukishima asked taking a better look at the duo
"Tsk don't call me that titan?"
"Why king what's wrong with calling you that?"
"Whatever let's go Hinata"
"Since we are dating shouldn't you call me by my first name?"
"Whatever boke"
Hinata pouts"That's not my name" He turns to deku 2.0 (completely ignoring Kageyama telling him to go with him) and says-
"You seem nice what's your name?" Also completely ignoring the fact that he just laughed at you along with Tsukishima
"Tadashi Yamagucci, what's your name?" He responded with a smile
"Shōyō Hinata, Hey where is your mark?"
"Sure I guess"
Yamagucci lifted up his shirt to show his soulmate mark
"Hey it's that same ugly thing on my leg and on boke's chest" Kageyama stated now adding himself to the conversation
"What??" Yamagucci slightly yelled out of confusion
'What the hell! I thought it would only be me and Yams.' Tsukishima internally screamed but his face still wore that smug look on it
"Look Bakayama we got another soulmate isn't that super cool!!?"
"BOKE YOU CANT HAVE MORE THAN ONE SOULMATE"
"Said who?"
"well-" Kageyama had to think about his next response (I know rare sight) he never heard that it was illegal but it was still out of the ordinary and the elders in his family have voiced their opinions on the changing and more excepting society. Kageyama chose to ignore it but that doesn't mean the thought ever went away it stuck with him I'm the back of his mind playing over and he over.
'It's not normal for two males to be together. Just think about the population decrease and they probably would corrupt the child into being like them'
Though his actual grandfather never said out loud that he didn't correct his friends so that made him think that it was strange.

"It doesn't matter who said it boke! It's not normal let alone have multiple male ones"

"Whatever Bakayama it's almost time for class let's go!!" Hinata yelled out of excitement for his first day at Karusono. Where the person who inspired him the most went to school. Where he would follow in his footsteps and be the next little Giant
"What about my milk-"
*School bell*
"Damnit now I'm late for the first day! Wait up Boke!"
And then kagehinna ran to their class leaving Tsukiyama walking since they knew that it was the first bell and not the second.

'Why does the universe hate me?? They're so annoying I can't stand it and I bet Yams hate them to I mean who wouldn't.'
"I think that they are an interesting pair right Tsuki?"
" Tsk they're both idiots in my opinion"
The rest of the walk was filled with deep thinking and comfortable silence. Yamagucci was wondering why Tsukishima didn't show him his mark. He knew he wasn't interested in soulmates but wouldn't Tsuki still be curious? Even a little?

*Second school bell*
