he stayed silent.
"nico hasn't been talking to anyone at all today trent" gwen spoke.
"he's probably just upset or angry" trent replied back.

your pov

i woke up to a familiar scent. it's that bitch duncan. soo like a good bunk buddy i slid off the bed and snuck out the cabin. that's when i saw nico stomping towards me.
"your coming with me" he said before covering my mouth and leading me somewhere.
once we got to the place he wanted to go to he sat me down. and basically tied to to the seat.
"tell me why your afraid of dad"
"you wouldn't understand nico"

"because you weren't there and you wouldn't believe me"

"how is it trama were you in the car crash when they died?"

gwen and trents confessional:
"me and trent came up with an idea" gwen started off.
"yeah me and gwen decided that duncan and y/n looked cute together and they are basically a couple so we wanted to make it official."
"we know y/n and duncan's personality. they are the type of people where if one says they won't. they will prove them wrong and with y/n being the betting type. she will bet on it"
"gwen noticed that y/n is building 2 hammocks. meaning here's the plan. and and gwen cuddle in the other and say we are a couple and kiss. and tell y/n and duncan that they should be a couple. maybe either me and gwen will start it by saying. oh but that will never happen duncan wouldn't ask you out he's to much of a pussy. which might make him think about it. to where y/n would agree. making it a bet by saying bet you 5$ you won't and from there on we hope we can make it happen"
"trent and i made a plan. maybe a few holes but we will play it by ear. after he says that we say we are gonna walk on the beach. but first we have to get duncan and y/n to lay in a hammock together as sunset"

"Y/N ITS YOUR FAVORITE PERSON" i heard a familiar voice ring through my head. *sniff* *sniff*
"CRYSTAL" i yelled before hugging her.
"where's duncan let's go annoy him" she said giggling. i led her to duncan's bed where he was asleep.
we just looked at him. and one by one me and her started poking him.
"what the fuck do you want y/n" he said groggily before opening his eyes and seeing crystal.
"AH DONT TAKE ME BACK" duncan yelled.
"chill duncan i'm not. i came to annoy you. and prove nico wrong. chief commander ralph is here to. let's go say hi" crystal said smiling.
i hopped on her back and we ran to ralph.

"y/n it's been some time good to see you again" ralph hugged me. and right behind me was duncan.
"AHHH DUNCAN YOUR HERE TO." he yelled and started laughing.
"can it team duncan" duncan replied to ralph.
"that's right" ralph said
"TEAM DUNCAN" crystal and ralph both yelled at the same time.
"girl... chris just showed us courtney's confessional. y'all need to come watch this shit" crystal said before leading us to the rooms.

courtney's confessional:
"god i fucking hate y/n. and i never cuss. that's how much i hate her. i'm gonna do what ever it takes to make sure she doesn't steal duncan away from me. I WANT TO DATE HIM. SHE DOESNT DESERVE HIM. she's from a filthy prison. i don't even want them to talk she could talk him into doing things to get him in trouble"

"damn. she thinks that low of me" i said offended.
"don't worry. id choose you over her anyway princess" duncan said laughing.

"anyway crystal y'all getting it set up?" she nodded yes.
"getting what set up." duncan asked.
"well i'm gonna prove nico wrong" i said back smiling.
"are you gonna stay in the room y/n... i don't want you to relive your trama" crystal asked concerned.
"yes csuse i wanna see nicos face. i want him to beg for my forgiveness." i said

"you don't even know the half of it" i whispered back. causing him to get red.
"it's ready" ralph said. we put nico in the room. gwen next to me and duncan on the other side. and we played those tapes.

he started banging on the door. it still rings through my ears.
that's when all anyone saw was a mix of audios and the video. they made for the court.
"your about to be dead just like your mom. YOUR FUCKING DISOBEDIENCE IS PISSING ME OFF" and with that i felt my arm knowing what was coming next. they watched as they saw my dad throw me against the wall.
"please stop it hurts" my little self managed to mutter out.
"OW DADDY STOP"

he just kept hitting me. that's when the police came in.
"POLICE PUT YOUR HANDS UP"
they arrested him. ralphs body cam got a good picture of the body of my mother. before he walked out.
"ray did you see the kid" he asked another officer.
ray shook his head.
that's when they got on the phone with chris.
"hello chris? this is the police. i need you to come pick up y/n.... there's been a incident" ralph spoke in a calm manner.  he was about to break into tears. he remembered what happened next.
"oh god is she ok? did she get hurt?" chris voice rang through the phone.
"we don't know we can't find her we have her dad in custody right now"
"ok i'm coming i'm on my way".
that's when ralph walked in and caught on body cams was what messed him up. he was already crying. duncan was just shocked the whole time.
it was little 6 year old me sitting next to my mom holding her hand to my cheek.
"mommy say it's gonna be ok"
"say it's gonna be ok like you always do"
"SAY ITS OK BABY. SAY ITS OK BABY LIKE YOU ALWAYS DO."
i started yelling it. and sobbing. little me was so sad. i'm still sad. but i still wish i could hear her say it one last time.
"MOMMY PLEASE"

i watched as i didn't quite remember this part. but i slid my head to lay on her chest. where she got shot. i never remembered hearing a heart beat.
that's when chris pulled up. and started hugging me. and took me outside. ralph wanted to talk to me so he pulled me aside.
you heard my dad and chris yelling at each other.
"YOUR A FUCKING PIECE OF SHIT FATHER"
"MY DAUGHTER AND WIFE WERE USELESS IF SHE WOULDNT HAVE CALLED THE COPS SHED BEEN DEAD"
"YOUR THE WORST HUMAN TO WALK THIS PLANET"
"SORRY THAT WAS YOUR SISTER. SHE WAS THE WORST"
i had my ears covered and i was in a ball on the ground.
they had to pull chris away before he started throwing punches.

"this is your dads death row video nico" ralph said playing it.
there was my dads parents my mimi and pop. i never see them. and i don't want to. and there was me and chris watching. we got the whole tape of him dying. and nico watched as his dad died.

"y/n.... i'm... i'm so sorry" nico tried to look at me.
he was crying.
"it doesn't matter" i said back facing away.
i had a few tears streaming down my face. but the words please say it will be ok baby like you always do. kept repeating in my mind. those words always stuck with me. i walked out and went to lay on the hammock. gwen joined me on the other.
"hey... that must have been really shitty" gwen said looking at me.
"it was but you get over it i guess, took drugs and jail and one failed suicide attempt. to realize that" i said back. she looked like she was gonna cry. and that's when trent and duncan came over.
"gwen why are you crying" trent asked while getting in the hammock with her. he was wiping her tears and she was laying her head on him.
duncan climbed into mine
"are y'all dating now?" i asked gwen.
"oh yeah we are" she said back smiling. 
"you and duncan should totally date. y'all be so cute and we can go on double dates" trent said
"he wouldn't ask me out" i said laughing. causing gwen to giggle.
"she's right he wouldn't" gwen said agreeing with me.
"you wanna bet?" duncan said.
"oh shit gwen we were gonna go to the beach" trent said as they got up walking away.
"i bet 5$ dollars i'm not your type" i said back laughing
"i bet 5$ you are" he said back.
"give me my money duncan."
"actually you owe me" he said back.
"i wasn't joking about the you won't ask me out. i know you won't" i said.
"bet you 5$ i will." he said looking at me
"5 you won't"
"well the you wanna be my girlfriend?" he said then followed up quickly. "5 you'll say no"

"i think we evened out. meaning no new money for you only thing you gained was a boyfriend" he said smirking.
"fuck. i'll settle on that boyfriend though. where is he?" i said back joking.
"IM RIGHT HERE" he said.
"i know" i said laughing. we kinda kinda cuddled in the hammock. watching the sunset.... i have a boyfriend again. time to dance.
