Ashish walked in with shaky steps. He took a deep, shaky breath and called her name.

'Aarisha!!!!'

He looked around the room. Aarisha had called him to her house after he had finished telling Aditi everything. He suddenly felt a pair of hands around his waist. He turned. It was Aarisha.

"Aarisha!! What are you doing?!" Ashish pushed her.

Aarisha grabbed his collar and pulled him into a kiss. She held his lips in hers. Ashish tried pushing her. But her grip was strong. He silently prayed for the moment to end.

After a few minutes, she let go off him. He breathed heavily while Aarisha smirked. He looked at her with watery eyes. "I love you Ashish." She said getting closer. Ashish stopped her.

"Enough!!!!! What do you want?!" He said angrily.

"You!!! I want you!! I want to be with you. But I dont know what you found in Aditi. She isnt that beautiful."

"But what about Raghav?? He loves you to pieces!!"

"I dont. I dont love him anymore!!! I love you." She paused and came closer. She wrapped her arms around his neck and leaned closer. "And if you dont be mine, I'll make sure Aditi knows what happened that night😏😏"

Ashish pushed her hard this time. He walked towards her angrily. He grabbed her shoulders and looked into her eyes.

"Do what you want. I dont care. You wanna tell Ranisa? You can. She already knows. She trusts me. I myself told her everything. She even knows that I am here. Do you really think you can break our bond? Then feel free to get this thought out of your brain. Cuz its strong enough to survive any obstacle that would seperate us. And guess what-."

He was interrupted by a sob. He turned his face and saw Raghav. His eyes were red. He held a broken expression. Tears streamed down his eyes.

He walked towards Aarisha and cupped her face, while Aarisha stood there paralyzed, numb and speechless with wide eyes. Raghav caressed her cheek with his thumbs.

"I loved you." He whispered.

Aarisha looked at Ashish who smirked.

"Aarisha! I love you. And I always will. I never imagined our love would fade away. I was going to propose you for marriage. But thank Merlin that I know about your feelings. Remember, the doors of my life are always open for you. I know you wont love me anymore. But if ever in life you feel you are alone and have no one to turn to, remember you have me."

He touched his forehead to hers for a few seconds, then walked out. Aarisha looked at Ashish. Ashish faked a smile.

"Sorry Aarisha. I can't let my bestie date the wrong person. And I hope we are done. And that you will never meddle in my life again."

"Broo!!! She wasn't perfect for you!! Why don't you understand?" Ashish rubbed Raghav's back.

They were at Ashish and Aditi's place. Raghav was crying his eyes out. He kept staring at the ring he had got for Aarisha. He wanted to propose her today. He wanted her to be with him in every walk of his life. They had dated each other for 7 years. But he was betrayed by the only girl he loved.

"Raghav!! Please stop crying." Aditi handed him a glass of water which he denied.

"Yaar bro!! Aisa kaise chalega." Ashish said.

"Yaar!! I love her. She betrayed me. I wanted her in my life forever. But her love for me faded. I never realized that she would need someone else now!!" Raghav sobbed. Aditi hugged him. He broke down in her embrace.

Ashish did not like it that Aditi was hugging his bestfriend. He ALWAYS felt jealous when Aditi would talk to some guy or when some other guy would touch her. She was HIS Ranisa. Only his. And he loved her from the depths of his heart and soul.

"I don't really think Aarisha betrayed you. She still loves you." Aditi said, a little hopefully.

Raghav looked up at her. Ashish gave her a 'You-Are-Out-Of-Your-Mind' look.

"Like... um.. She must have been distracted. She will realize her mistake and she will come back to you. Shayad." Aditi said weakly.

She looked at Ashish for his support. "H.. Haa.. Shayad." He stuttered. Raghav didnot answer. They heard a knock on the door. Aditi went and opened the door. It was Aarisha. But Aditi didnot recognize her as she never met her.

"You are...?" Aditi asked.

"Aarisha." She answered.

"What do you want now?!"

"I wanna meet Raghav."

After hesitating for a moment, Aditi let her come in. Ashish looked at her wide eyes. Raghav wiped his eyes and looked at her. "Ady that's Aarisha." Ashish looked tensed.

Aarisha ignored him and sat on her knees in front of Raghav. He looked at her with wet eyes. She cupped his face.

"I am sorry." She whispered. Tears rolled down her cheeks.

"I don't know what happened to me. I don't know what I was thinking. But I committed a grave mistake. Please forgive me. I still love you Raghu. I swear." She cried.

Ashish signalled Aditi to come to the kitchen. They came out of the room. Ashish looked at Aditi. "I doubt Aarisha." He said.

"I don't."

"Seriously?! Why Ranisa?!"

"Lets give her a chance."

"Itna sab kuch hone ke baad bhi?? WHY?"

"I won't hold a grudge. Whatever happened was just the heat of the moment. I think you should forgive her too."

Ashish simply ignored Aditi and went to their room. After a huge pause, Raghav looked at her. "Its Ok Aarisha." They hugged. Aarisha looked at Ashish and Aditi. "Guys I am sorry. I don't know wtf happened to me. I-" Aditi interrupted her.

"Its ok. Just don't repeat this mistake."

"I never will."

After a few minutes, Raghav and Aarisha left.
