replied awkwardly.

"But it was also very sweet. All your uncle wanted was for you to find your own path and see the light. Now you're here with us. He'd be proud" Toph assured,

"In a way, I think we're all kinda proud of you"

"Really?" Zuko looked up.

Toph nodded,

"Luna even told us about when you were in Ba Sing Se, she told us that she thought you had changed for the better"

Zuko smiled hearing the words of kindness.

"You should've heard her, you wouldn't have even doubted her for a second" Toph continued.

Zuko tried to ignore the way his smile only continued to grow. He looked down at his lap whilst absentmindedly playing with his hands.

He was nervous.

Princess Meiluna made him nervous. But he didn't mind it too much, because his nervousness was accompanied with a sense of comfort and fulfilment. He would deal with any amount of nerves just to spend a second with her.

"Why would she say that?" Zuko couldn't help but ask.

"She saw the good in you," Toph shook her head, "Somehow"

Zuko couldn't stop the swelling feeling in his heart as he thought of the Princess.

"Hey!" Toph noticed, "What was that?"

Zuko looked around in confusion,
"What was what?"

"I can hear your heartbeat!" Toph crossed her arms.

Zuko raised an eyebrow,
"So?"

Toph remained silent waiting for Zuko to come to his own conclusion.

"Oh"

Zuko felt a blush coat his cheeks as he realised what Toph knew, when all of a sudden he felt a punch on his shoulder,

"Ow! What was that for?"

"That's how I show my affection"

Meiluna had finally returned with a few snacks in her hand as she noticed Zuko rubbing his arm slowly.

"You guys want some?" Meiluna asked as she held up the packets in her hand.

Zuko looked up, noticing the Princess finally as he smiled shyly,
"Sure"

Meiluna reluctantly took a seat beside him, trying her hardest to forget the fact that her dress was probably getting ruined by all the dust on the floor as she opened a pack of Fire Gummies to share.

Toph smiled as she elbowed Zuko's side while he gently tried to nudge her away.

"Well," Toph stood up abruptly, "I'm going to find Sokka"

"Why?" Meiluna tilted her head, questioning the girl.

"Oh, you know" Toph waved her hand dismissively as she walked away.

"That was weird," Meiluna furrowed her eyebrows before turning to Zuko,
"Right?"

Zuko shrugged, silently chewing on his gummy.

"You were right about the Ember Island Players" Meiluna shook her head with a laugh.

Zuko nodded with a smile,
"They've always been terrible"

Suddenly, a young boy came running down the hall before pausing to point at Zuko as he yelled out,

"Your Zuko costume's pretty good, but your scar's on the wrong side"

"The scar's not on the wrong side!" He yelled back, pulling his hood over his face as the boy had already managed to escape.

Meiluna laughed as she moved to gently pull Zuko's hood off while he mumbled,

"I hate this place"

She smiled up at him,

"Is there anything that you actually like?"

Zuko thought for a moment while he looked at Meiluna's curious eyes.

He liked her, that much was obvious, wasn't it?

But he wasn't going to admit that to her. At least not right now, he believed he was far too awkward and embarrassing to ever manage that.

So his eyes trailed down to Meiluna's hands, and settled to answer with possibly his second favourite thing,

"I like Fire Gummies"

Meiluna laughed quietly as the two of them came to notice Sokka walking up to them,

"Come on, it's starting!"

Zuko quickly jumped to his feet before holding out a hand to help up Meiluna. She carefully placed her hand in his, which in Zuko's opinion, fit perfectly. She felt him pull her along, keeping her close behind him as a mass of people began to enter the theatre once more. Meiluna didn't even mind that he held her hand just the slightest bit tighter at the sight of the unruly crowd.

She would follow him anywhere as long as she got to hold his hand.

"Here's what you missed," Sokka told Aang as he entered the theatre.

"We went to the Fire Nation, and you got better, and Katara was the Painted Lady, and I got a sword, and I think Combustion Man died," He quickly rushed out before noticing the curtains rise once again,

"Oh, look the invasion's about to start!"

"I just wanted to let you know, Aang, that I'll always love you. Like a brother" Actress Katara smiled.

"I wouldn't want it any other way!" Actress Aang said, punching the air excitedly.

The two shook hands before Actress Aang took off on her glider.

"Hey Toph, would you say you and Aang have a rocky relationship?" Actor Sokka joked making the audience laugh.

"I told him to say that!" Sokka jumped up proudly.

"I hope everyone's ready for the Invasion! Slap-a-pow!"

"We finally made it to the Royal Palace, but no one's home!" Actress Aang spoke.

Actor Zuko entered the stage as Actor Sokka raised his boomerang.

"Actually, I'm home and I want to join you!" Actor Zuko said excitedly.

"I guess we have no choice" Actress Meiluna shrugged as she examined herself in one of the palace mirrors.

"Come on!" Actor Sokka gestured for everyone to follow.

"I guess that's it," Sokka stood up as he stretched, "The play's caught up to the present now"

"Wait, the play's not over!" Suki said.

"But it is over, unless" Sokka looked at everyone dramatically, "This is the future"

Actor Ozai entered the stage,

"With the energy harnessed from that comet, no one will be able to stop the Fire Nation"

Actress Azula walked up to him,

"Father, Zuko and the Avatar are at the palace. They're trying to stop you!"

"You take care of Zuko. I shall face the Avatar myself" Actor Ozai instructed before disappearing behind a smokescreen.

Actor Zuko jumped on to the stage along with Actress Azula.

"You are no longer my brother. You are an enemy!" Actress Azula shouted.

"No!" Actor Zuko yelled back, "I am the rightful heir to the throne"

"We'll see!"

Actress Azula pulled out a blue streamer snapping it at Actor Zuko, who ducked out of the way, pulling his own red streamers out to throw at his sister. Actress Azula jumped over them and then raised her hand, creating paper flames around Actor Zuko.

"Honor!" He cried out before dropping off the stage through a trapdoor.

The audience applauded loudly as the rest of Team Avatar turned to look at Zuko with worry.

The scene changed to show Actress Aang walking across the stage as Actor Ozai sat on his throne,

"So, you have mastered all four elements?"

"Yeah," Actress Aang pointed her staff at the Fire Lord, "And now you're going down!"

"No, it is you who are going down," Actor Ozai stood up, "You see, you are too late! The comet is already here and I'm unstoppable!"

He wielded two red streamers attacking the Avatar. Actress Aang jumped out of the way as she opened her glider, twirling the weapon to attack. She jumped over the Fire Lord but just as she landed, Actor Ozai sent a large red sheet painted as fire at her.

The 'flames' engulfed the Actress as she cried out, falling to the stage with her eyes closed.

"It's over father, we've done it!" Actress Azula cheered.

"Yes!" Actor Ozai smiled, "We have done it! The dreams of my father, and my father's father, have now been realised,"

A Fire Nation flag dropped,

"The world is mine!"

"So," Meiluna looked around at her friends, "I wasn't really a fan"

"That wasn't a good play" Zuko mumbled.

"I'll say" Aang agreed.

Katara looked up,
"No kidding"

"Horrible" Suki nodded.

"You said it" Toph crossed her arms.

Sokka shrugged,

"But the effects were decent"
