you like it?" She asked with a smile, tilting her head slightly as she pointed to her own head.

Zuko nodded silently, returning his gaze to the pond,

"I do"

"You don't look sick"

Meiluna looked at the Prince beside her carefully. He felt shy as her eyes scanned his face. Zuko had just asked her if she could use her waterbending to get rid of his illness but Meiluna was unsure if he was even unwell at all.

She shrugged off the strange feeling, thinking that it would be a strange thing to lie about.

"I can try"

Zuko nodded as Meiluna pulled her chair to sit directly in front of him. Her knees brushed his own as she opened her new flask to pull out her water.

"Where does it hurt?"

"Uh," Zuko cleared his throat awkwardly as he gestured to his chest, where his heart beat worryingly fast.

Meiluna furrowed her eyebrows but brought her hands towards his chest nonetheless.

"That's," She paused to think of the right word, "Strange"

She moved her hands closer when she noticed the water wouldn't heal him. It fell from her hold, leaving her hands pressed against his body. Zuko was glad her focus was on the water rather than his flushed face.

He brought his hands on top of hers, to slowly pull them off his chest, not letting go as he did so.

"I guess you're not sick anymore" Meiluna smiled.

Zuko realised now that his uncle may have been right all along. Like he usually was.

Seeing Meiluna turn pink with the touch of his hand while she gave him her golden smile, was enough for him to realise he had a bad case of feelings for the Princess.

"I guess not"
