"It's good, isn't it Fred? This also comes in grape, and snozzberry!"
Kala leant towards her chuckling sister, disturbance crossing her expression and sap green eyes.
"He's lost his tiny mind..." She whispered, almost in shock at what flabbergasting actions she saw before her.
Gummy continued to slide the sloppy consistency down Fred's bronze complexion.
"Did you buy this online?"
Kala and Harry's eyes widened, swiftly spinning on their heels so their backs faced their insane friend and neighbour. (Y/n) turned a little, listening in to the almost silent conversation happening behind.
"Harry, we need to convince Gummy that his pal is a useless inanimate object."
"But Kala, that's what I've been trying to do all day! Nothing I've said had slipped one ounce of logic into his brain!"
"OK, time for plan B - if you can't beat 'em, join 'em!
Gummy had come trotting past the three of them seconds before - so Kala, Harry and (Y/n) now followed him to wherever he had wandered off to.

(Y/n) headed towards the entrance of her sister's dojo, her heart almost melting at what greeted her (e/c) gaze.
Gummy was happily stood beside his bronze figure friend, with Fred perched innocently against the edge of the wooden panel attached to multiple strings of rope from the chalk white ceiling.
Kala and Harry soon followed, quickly entering in front of (Y/n) to begin their next plan.
"Yup, that's a real guy alright!" Harry cried, catching Gummy's attention as he pointed to Fred with fake enthusiasm.
"You win, Gummy! One hundred points for your team! Fred is a real person!" Kala added.
Gummy chuckled. "See? I told you! Now was that so hard?"
The three of them watched with complete shock at Gummy's following words and actions.
"My work here is done!" He cried with achievement.
He turned to Fred, who still swung a little on the mahogany wooden swing beside the granite grey walls.
"See you around, Fred! I've got some double fudge brownie fumes to sniff!" Gummy cried, waving goodbye to his metallic companion before heading to the fitness room's exit.
"Shabba-doo!" He cried, his adorable voice disappearing into the outside world as the sound of his feet patting against the floorboards became distant.
Harry stared towards Kala and (Y/n) by his side, complete and utter shock from the previous few seconds.
"Wow! It worked? All we had to do was agree with him!?" He screamed, flabbergasted.
Kala chuckled, a little devious tone running through it as she headed towards Fred. Scooping his shimmering copper figure, she continued to wander back down to her apartment.
"I guess we don't need this guy anymore!" She chuckled again, a concerned look shooting towards her from her confused sister.

"See you around, Fred!" Kala cried, relief in her tone as she chuckled one more villainous sounding time after quoting Gummy's final words to his metal companion.
Fred was now perched onto the deep turquoise edge of Kala's slim balcony reaching out from the bright blue walls of the building into the breeze of the mild, sunny day.
Kala and Harry both had their hands glued to the shiny, metallic copper backside. (Y/n) watched with anxiety in her (e/c) eyes, preparing for the dreadful inevitable.
Kala and Harry sent all their effort and strength through their fixated arms and hands, sending an almighty push into Fred.
He slid slowly from the thin edge of the teal balcony barrier, the sound of wind swirling through the gaps in his copper posture becoming further away in each second.
(Y/n) averted her gaze in devastation as her sister and Harry hung their heads over the aqua terrace with cheeky, almost entertained smirks across their faces.
An enormous, ear-rattling crash soon followed as Fred pounded against the granite grey tiles of the pavement below. Kala continued to smirk as Harry watched on with surprise, yet relief, with (Y/n) fidgeting behind.
She really didn't think this was the best idea...
What if Fred was a real person?
She plucked up the courage to finally state her thoughts. "What if Fred was a real person?"
Kala turned to her sister, almost in disgust. "Really? You're seriously going to believe Gummy!?"
"I know he's your boyfriend and everything, but face facts, (Y/n)!" Harry added, as the two of them began to head back into Kala's apartment.
Kala raised her hands, Harry's slapping onto hers seconds later in a double high five. "Well, that's that! Let's get on with our lives!"
(Y/n) whimpered, gazing down at the almost dented and bruised Fred on the slate grey pavement below.
She sighed, following her sister and Harry with guilt everywhere - her thoughts, expression, and reserved posture.
Meanwhile, on the polished, concrete slabs creating a path beside the sap green bushes following the edges of the exotically coloured building above, there lay Fred.
Silent for a little while.
Until the sound of panicked breath began to fill the air.
Fred wobbled, breaking out of his restricted posture and flopping onto the ground.
"Wow! I never thought I was gonna get out of there!" He panted, astonished that he'd made it from within the building back into the outdoor environment.
He raised his posture, his backside now propping the rest of his body up against the concrete tiles. He brushed himself off with one hand, his stiff, bronze book still clasped in the other.
"This being a statue is really for the birds!" Fred cried, agitation overcoming his expression as a small, crimson bird came fluttering beside his head.
"Shoo! Shoo! Go away!" He cried in distress, wafting the copper publication into the fledgling's face, it's feathers fluttering back off in the direction it came.
Fred huffed, simply rising onto his rust coloured feet and slowly trotting back down the calm, peaceful street.

Just a little author's note - I have an idea for another, shorter Gummy x Reader story. So it won't be separate stories like this one, just one big story. And the clue is it has something to do with Christmas! So stay tuned, I'll probably start it soon to have it finished for Christmas. 🎄
