Still kinda short cuz I was rushing to do this before going to tuition πŸ’”

Jungwon stared at the necklace, his fingers absentmindedly tracing the smooth, glossy surface of the pendant.

Something about it felt… familiar. Yet, he knew he had never seen it before.

He sighed, pressing his forehead against his desk. "What have I done to get into this mess?" he muttered under his breath.

The six boys around him exchanged glances, unsure of how to comfort him. They barely understood their own situationβ€”how could they explain his?

Unfortunately, the day didn’t offer any answers.

---

After School

The moment they stepped off school grounds, something felt… wrong.

Jungwon gripped the straps of his bag tightly, his stomach twisting with unease. Heeseung was the first to speak. "Let’s all check in with our families. Maybe theyβ€”"

"I doubt they’ll have any answers," Jay muttered, stuffing his hands into his pockets.

"Still, it’s worth trying," Jake said optimistically.

The seven boys split up, each heading home with their thoughts heavy.

---

Jungwon walked up to his house, his nerves slightly calming when he saw the familiar structure. He hesitated, then knocked on the door.

After a few moments, it creaked open.

A woman stood thereβ€”his grandmother.

Jungwon felt relief flood him. "Hey, Iβ€”"

But she only blinked at him.

"Who… are you?"

Jungwon’s breath hitched. "What? Grandma, it's me, Jungwon!"

She frowned, tilting her head. "I'm sorry, but I don't have a grandson."

The air in Jungwon’s lungs vanished.

His heartbeat pounded in his ears. "What are you talking about?" His voice cracked. "Grandma,it’s me!"

Her expression remained blank. "You must be mistaken."

And with that, she closed the door.

Jungwon stood frozen, his body trembling.

This wasn’t right. This wasn’t real.

He turned and ran.

---

One by one, the boys reunited, each with the same shaken expression.

None of their families remembered them.

Not their parents.
Not their siblings.
Not even their neighbors.

"What the hell is going on?" Sunghoon hissed, running a frustrated hand through his hair.

"This isn't normal," Ni-ki muttered, clenching his fists.

Jungwon swallowed hard. "Are we even real?"

The silence that followed was deafening.

No one had an answer.

Back at School

As they walked back to the school, something immediately caught their attention.

A new building.

Jungwon froze. "That… wasn’t there before."

The structure loomed before them, dark and unfamiliar. It looked ancient, the stone walls cracked and worn as if they had existed for centuries.

"What the hell is this?" Jay muttered.

"Did they build this in a day?" Jake questioned, but even he knew how impossible that was.

"No," Sunoo whispered, his voice shaking slightly. "This was always here. We just couldn’t see it."

A chill ran down their spines.

Before they could react furtherβ€”

A hand clamped onto Jungwon’s shoulder.

His breath caught in his throat as he spun around.

A teacher stood behind them.

Her smile was too wide, stretching unnaturally across her face. Her bloodshot eyes stared unblinking, as if they had never known rest.

Jungwon’s entire body stiffened.

"Welcome," she said, her voice slow and deliberate. "You seven will now be staying in the dormitories."

She held out seven rusted keys, her fingers twitching unnaturally as she placed them into their hands.

"These are your room keys," she continued, her grin never faltering. "Make yourselves at home."

None of them moved.

The teacher leaned in closer, her breath ice-cold against Jungwon’s skin.

"You belong here now."

Jungwon’s blood ran cold.

Something told him… they would never be allowed to leave.
